Aaron Spring has been with Datalliance for 22 years before the TrueCommerce acquisition in August of 2017. Aaron is responsible for the TrueCommerce global information security program.
He has a background in computer security as a systems administrator, developer, manager and CIO.
Andrew Porter - Chief Legal Officer, EVP, Secretary

Andrew Porter leads the legal and compliance functions for TrueCommerce. Andrew is an experienced legal executive with over 30 years of practice in outside and in-house counsel roles and in public and private companies across a number of industries. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Andrew served as General Counsel of a number of private equity-backed companies, including A Place for Mom, America's leading senior living referral service; INTTRA, which operates the largest online booking platform for the ocean container shipping business; and Sterling, the leading provider of background screening solutions. Andrew is a graduate of Yale University and the New York University School of Law.

As Global Chief Sales Officer, Bill is responsible for leading the company's long-term growth plans and strategy for acquiring new customers and expanding our base. Bill has extensive experience building and running global software and SaaS sales organizations. He has strong strategic and leadership experience initiating and leading sales programs that drive growth from PE backed SaaS growth firms to Fortune 100, including Office Depot, Pitney Bowes, BazaarVoice, and Accruent. Previously, he served as SVP Global Sales at insightsoftware where he led the growth of over 5X in revenue both organically and across 18 acquisitions in North America, EMEA and APAC. Bill is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin.
As Chief People Officer, Dana leads the company's talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational design, and acquisition integration globally. Prior to TrueCommerce, she held the position of Senior Vice President of People at Social Solutions, a technology firm that provides industry-leading data solutions to measure and impact social change. There she was responsible for all aspects of HR including the integration of international acquisitions and was executive sponsor of the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to Social Solutions, Dana was a Senior Human Resources Executive at Businessolver, a benefits technology company offering a configurable SaaS platform. During Dana's tenure, Businessolver grew from 400 employees to 1500. Dana started her Human Resources career at Target after originally serving as a teacher in Wayzata, Minnesota.
As the Chief Operations Officer, Eric leads the execution of corporate strategies, customer experience, and product innovation and development. He brings more than two decades of experience in building and leading teams in the technology supply chain and telecommunications industries.
Prior to TrueCommerce, Eric spent over a decade at OHL and GEODIS, a worldwide supply chain operator, where he held numerous positions including SVP of Strategic Project Office, CIO, and EVP of Technology and Engineering and had leadership responsibilities for all new product development in the Americas. Prior to GEODIS, he was CTO at Callis Communications and VP of Engineering at Deltacom. Eric is a graduate of Colorado State University and the University of St. Andrews, St. Andrews Scotland.

Jakob Vestergaard joined TrueCommerce in 2013 when Evenex was acquired by the group.
Prior to this, Jakob worked at KPMG where he spent 5 years before he joined Evenex. His main tasks at KPMG included establishing a consultancy business specializing in logistics and procurement within the public sector. Before KPMG, Jakob worked with Ferrosan for 12 years.
Jakob holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Information Science and Management Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
Kris was named CTO for TrueCommerce in 2022 after previously serving as SVP of Software Engineering for the company. He is an avid technologist with more than 20 years of delivering software including 10 years of cloud projects (AWS, Azure) mainly in pharma, supply chain and logistics.
He is an expert in software engineering lifecycle, development processes engineering and re-engineering. Kris has an academic background in life sciences: computational chemistry and material science, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

As Global CMO, Lacey is responsible for developing the company's go-to-market strategy to support customer growth and retention. She is an innovative leader who combines expert, in-depth data analysis and customer-first solutions to deliver exceptional and relevant experiences that build strong brand engagement.
Lacey has extensive experience initiating and leading strategic programs that create sustained growth for SaaS organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 100 firms. Prior to TrueCommerce she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Crownpeak, an enterprise digital experience solutions provider. Prior to that, she spearheaded marketing programs for such industry leaders as LexisNexis, AT&T, insightsoftware and Lightpath.
Lee Kimball joined TrueCommerce in January 2023 and oversees the company's business units for Vendor Managed Inventory, Pack & Ship, B2B eCommerce, and Product Information Management solutions.
Lee has over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and business development. Prior to TrueCommerce, he worked for Ericsson in the Verizon Customer Unit as the East Territory Vice President. His responsibilities included all facets of business growth and revenue generation through sales, operational delivery, and account management.
Lee was also the VP of Sales and Sales Operations at Business Telecom, where he contributed to the successful execution of a merger with Deltacom, Inc. in 2003. He then became the Senior VP of Product and Marketing at DELTACOM in 2004, with a key role in assisting with the operational turnaround and financial restructuring of Deltacom, Inc.
Since graduating with an Honours Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Liverpool, Matt has worked in electronic trading for over 20 years.
He has a wide range of experience gained from a variety of roles including implementation, service, consultancy and sales.
Mike Gross leads the operations teams responsible for TrueCommerce's customer experience including global product strategy, development, professional services and managed services. Mike has held various leadership positions with leading supply chain execution solution providers helping drive growth and innovation within those organizations. Mike was recently recognized as a Pro to Know by Supply and Demand Chain Executive.

Neil Phillips joined TrueCommerce in September 2015 following its acquisition of UK-based Wesupply, where he was Chief Systems Architect.
Neil joined Wesupply in 2000 and was instrumental in building the company's core infrastructure - the servers, networking and security components - on which the Wesupply application ran.
Prior to joining Wesupply, Neil worked with a large mail-order company, designing and building its bespoke order processing and stock control systems. He also worked with an international publisher, maintaining their in-house ERP systems.

Nick Fernihough joined TrueCommerce in September 2015 following its acquisition of UK-based Wesupply, where he was Managed Services Director.
Nick joined Wesupply in 2000 and has 35 years' experience of working within the electronic trading market. During his time at Wesupply Nick was an integral member of the Development team involved in developing both the Wesupply application and system architecture.

Nigel Kibble joined TrueCommerce in September 2015 following its acquisition of UK-based Wesupply, where he was Development Director.
Nigel, a founder member of Wesupply, brings 20 years' experience helping corporations across a variety of sectors achieve competitive advantages, through the development of high-quality supply chain management solutions.
Prior to founding Wesupply, Nigel developed a high availability solution for the delivery of automotive track-side messages. This success provided invaluable experience that helped form the basis of the hosted solution framework being used by TrueCommerce Europe today.
Phuong Huynh joined TrueCommerce In 2006. As Vietnam Country Director, Phuong leads the local Vietnam People Team and administrative functions of the core business operations. She helps maintain an employee-centric culture to deliver strong business results.
Phuong has over 15 years of experience specializing in HR and administration. Prior to TrueCommerce, she was the Administration and Human Resources Executive at Tran Duc Group. She has extensive experience in all HR activities such as compensation, benefits, and training.
Phuong earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Van Lang University. With her expertise, she continues to create people-focused workplaces that are externally informed and internally driven, benefitting both employees and customers.
Randy is a seasoned executive and proven leader with decades of operating and M&A experience. He grew up in the Chicago area, graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. Economics and has an MBA from Loyola University. Randy has extensive experience leading companies to great success. He has held multiple CEO positions, including Chairman and CEO of ICG Communications, ITC Deltacom, Inc and most recently OHL, which is one of the largest 3PLs in the world. OHL was very successful and sold in 2015 to a French logistics conglomerate. Randy has also been on numerous boards and has been an Operating Partner for Welsh Carson since 2015.
Ronald van Houwelingen joined TrueCommerce in April 2022. As Chief Financial Officer, Ronald provides operational and strategic leadership for TrueCommerce and its finance functions.
Ronald has over two decades of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Ronald held various senior finance leadership positions with Thomson Reuters, PTC Inc., and Deluxe Corporation where he worked with teams globally, attracted top talent, and built world-class finance organizations.
Ronald holds a master's degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. He also attended Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
