I am a single mom, and I realized that as soon as I became a single mom, I joined the rat-race and developed stress. Stress to perform, stress to make money, stress to ensure I had made the right choice... The first way I noticed that I had stress was fatigue. I could not get out of bed. I then found out I had low ferritin levels, and this was the result of my fatigue. As many tests I did, two years later, I am still at the same position - Low Ferritin Levels.
