Overview of the Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases at Brigham and Women's Hospital... Instrumental to that success is our passionate and experienced multidisciplinary team. From patient screening, preoperative monitoring, and donor procurement to surgery and post-operative care, our diverse team - including cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, clinical nurse specialists, psychiatrists, pharmacists, and dietitians - continuously works hard and works together to do everything possible for our patients... Our multidisciplinary team includes board-certified physicians with fellowship training in rheumatology. These specialists work separately and together to develop precise treatment plans for each patient.
