Al Gentle, Jr brings his 40+ years of subject matter expertise as a premier consultant in the areas of business management, government contracting, executive leadership, and training to offer large and small businesses expert advisory services, business development support, proposal preparation, and program management training. Retired from the U. S. Navy as a Supply Officer, Al has first-hand experience in DoD logistics and acquisition support services. Al's knowledge spans from Supply Support Management, to Integrated Logistics Support Management, to Health Services, to Information Technology for product and services type businesses. His depth of understanding comes from providing support from the corporate perspective for a wide array of government and DoD agencies worldwide. Bjarni Snæbjörn Jónsson

An accomplished leader, Jim's focus today is to share with others as a leadership coach, advisor, and author. Following his leader development studies at the University of North Georgia, Jim was commissioned and advanced in his 27-year U.S. Army career to the rank of Colonel. His global responsibilities in command and senior staff positions spanned from deployable combat units, complex field hospital operations, to the Pentagon. Building upon this experience, he successfully pursued a corporate career, holding numerous leadership positions within global corporations, privately owned companies, and entrepreneurial startups. In his current role, Jim is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer for Chambers Bay Institute, where he is dedicated to lending his skills and experience, and that of his team, to develop Integrator Leaders with strong values who can share their vision and set a strategic direction for their organization. His spirit of service has led him to accept invitations to serve in leadership and advisory positions on various non-profit boards in academia, local government, and the community. She enjoys bringing diverse stake holder groups together to rethink systems, problem-solve and to help create a shared vision. She has a strong business acumen, refined with more than ten years in a government managerial positions and program management. Tareena was responsible for budget development and program oversight and had a successful track record that exceeded earned revenue goals while maintaining the bottom line. She has experience securing Federal, State and local government funding sources, and has helped to land corporate support and foundation grants for a diverse array of programs. She has consulted non-profit organizations in capacity building, performance improvement, budgeting and program evaluation. Tareena has facilitated workshops to promote awareness of cultural competency, to create an inclusive environment, and to recognize and dismantle institutional racism. She has studied and worked in the United States, the Caribbean, Central and South America and speaks English, Spanish and French.
