The Harris Law Office started in 1940 when John I. Harris Sr., opened his law practice in downtown Nashville. Since then, his son and grandsons have continued offering legal services through the firm. Evan Harris has represented clients in over 600 personal injury cases and has recovered in excess of One Million Dollars in settlements and judgments. His fields of practice include personal injury, workers' compensation, premise liability, contracts, domestic matters, criminal violations, and wills and estates. Although Mr. Harris focuses his practice in the areas which involve serious injuries to individuals, he also handles matters in almost all areas of the law where an individual client may have a need for legal services. As part of his practice he works with Metro Nashville Government, and sits as the night court commissioner on a as needed basis.
