Robin Noonan ( Director of Operations ) joined HEG in 2017 having spent 37 years in the insurance broking industry 20 of which were running his own brokerage. Robin brings with him a wealth of experience to the company following his time as a third party intermediary and has responsibility for the processing team and for dealing with suppliers. He also heads up customer care.

Sandra Quinn joined Horizon Energy Group in 2013 with 15 years energy industry experience as the former Country Manager for Ireland with Schneider Electric. Sandra is recognised as one of the most experienced and proficient energy procurement professionals in Ireland, having managed and supported the OPW's procurement projects.
Sandra manages the corporate offerings for our I&C clients encompassing flexible procurement, trading, risk management and invoice and tariff validation.
