Andreea is specialized in prosecution and appeal procedures related to Romanian and European trademarks and, respectively Romanian designs and Community Designs. She is very active in Customs procedures for the protection of the IP rights and is authorized to represent before Romanian Courts for litigations related to patents, trademarks, designs. Andreea was recently accepted on the list of representatives before the Unified Patent Court. She is fluent in English language.
Cristina is specialized in drafting and prosecuting of Romanian, international and European patents, as well as prosecuting applications for supplementary protection certificates, and validating the European patents in Romania. Cristina passed all exams for becoming a European Patent Attorney after hard work and determination. Her experience and acquired knowledge in order to obtain this title are both very useful in our further activity. Cristina is fluent in French and English.
Cristina is actively involved in the renewals of the foreign Clients.
Dana is specialized in drafting and prosecution of Romanian and European patents. Dana has significant experience in filing, prosecuting applications for supplementary protection certificates and in the technical part of the litigations before Romanian courts. She is part of the team handling foreign patent filings, namely patent applications in other jurisdictions than the European Patent Office. Dana is a member of the Romanian FICPI group, and also an EPI member. She is fluent in English and French.
Elena is specialized in drafting Romanian patents and in prosecuting of the patent applications before the Romanian Patent Office, due to her long-lasting experience as patent examiner before joining our office. Elena is fluent in English and French.
Ioana is specialized in prosecution and appeal procedures related to Romanian and European trademarks and, respectively Romanian and Community Designs, in Customs procedures for the protection of the IP rights and is authorized to represent before Romanian Courts for litigations related to patents, trademarks, designs. Moreover, Ioana is accepted as legal technical expert by the Romania Minister of Justice. Ioana is member of INTA. She is fluent in English language.
Laura actively and successfully coordinates the patent department including inbound and outbound patent work and patent portfolio management. Laura is responsible for maintaining the relationship with current and future clients covering also the marketing actions in our office. She is fluent in English.
Margareta Oproiu founded Cabinet M. Oproiu with Raluca Vasilescu in 1995. Margareta is among the first Romanian Patent Attorneys, qualified since 1992, when the profession was created. She is specialized in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement in Romania.

Mariana is highly specialized in drafting of Romanian and European patents and in prosecuting Romanian patents and in the technical part of the litigations before Romanian courts. She is an important member of the team handling foreign patent filings, namely patent applications in other jurisdictions than the European Patent Office. Mariana's ease of understanding the technical features of the inventions are very useful in the case of drafting technical documentation regarding litigation before the Romanian courts. She is fluent in English language.

Nicoleta is the newest member of our team. Due to her knowledge and previous experience in the research field, she was immediately introduced in the group for drafting and prosecution of Romanian and European patents, wherein she adapted quickly. Moreover, Nicoleta is actively part from a technical point of view in case of necessity to develop technical documentation on litigations before the Romanian courts. Nicoleta is fluent in English and French.
Radu is specialized in mechanical and electrical engineering, participating actively whenever technical expertise is required for the drafting of the patents or in the contentious matters.
Raluca Vasilescu is one of the two founding partners of Cabinet M. Oproiu. She is specialized in patent and trademark prosecution, and is in charge of the technical part of the litigations, particularily in the fields of mechanics & electronics - including artificial intelligence.
Silvia is specialized in drafting and prosecution of Romanian and European patents, in prosecution and appeal procedures related to Romanian and European trademarks and Romanian and Community Designs respectively, as well as in customs procedures for the protection of the IP rights. She is a member of Romanian FICPI group, and a member of INTA. Silvia is fluent in English and Spanish.
Sorin is specialized in computer science, participating actively whenever technical expertise is required for the drafting of the patents.
