The Oxford Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC) is one of 15 regional PSCs that sit within England's 15 Health Innovation Networks... PSCs are commissioned by NHS England as part of the National Patient Safety Improvement Programme (NatPatSIP). We work to implement patient safety initiatives and quality improvements, coordinating and collaborating with networks of NHS staff, patients and families, national and local partners, academics, life science industries and voluntary organisations... Our collaborative aims to build a culture of safety, continuous learning and improvement to achieve a continual reduction in harm, so that patients and the public in the Health Innovation Oxford & Thames Valley region and beyond can be confident that their care is safer now than ever before.
