With 40+ years' experience in commercial banking, investment, and real estate development, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to The Crow Group. High profile projects with his involvement include The Galleria shopping complex in Houston, The Woodlands, Texas metroplex, and the Rod Laver Tennis Center in Boca Raton, Florida. He has also been a principal in large scale developments including a 500+ unit multi-family project and a 600 acre mitigation bank in Mississippi. Bob currently serves as principal and CEO of LL Capital Management, a real estate investment company. LL Capital Management and Mr. Lloyde both have invested in The Crow Group.
Ingrid has 10+ years of experience in blue chip technology as an engineer and project manager in manufacturing, fulfillment, and operations, all at tech giant Dell, Inc. Ingrid has served as the primary property manager and operations manager for The Crow Group since she joined as an investor and Managing Director in 2008. Ingrid earned a BSE from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an MSE from The University of Texas at Austin.
Justin brings 13+ years of sales and marketing expertise along with 15+ years of active real estate investment and development projects. A managing director of The Crow Group since 2012, Justin has led various aspects of TCG's operations including finance, investor relations, underwriting, deal running, and more.
Justin's blue chip technology experience includes extended stints at Dell and Palo Alto Networks, while currently leading global marketing operations for Google.

Ryan has over 15 years experience in startup and small business management including Engineering & Product Development at Raman Systems, a laser spectroscopy firm that was acquired in 2008; Finance & Business Development at Wenzel Spine, a spinal implant startup; and most recently as a Product Development Director and Sales Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global financial services firm. Ryan founded The Crow Group in 2007 and has been the managing partner from day 1. Ryan also acts as the CEO for Texas Card House. Ryan holds a BSE from Lamar University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
