We are delighted to share that we will be joined by Håkan Hardenberger - "the best trumpet player in the galaxy" (The Times) - who will perform a programme celebrating his history with the orchestra, including Haydn's Trumpet Concerto and a selection from his album Both Sides Now, both recorded with ASMF... The Academy is one of the world's finest chamber orchestras, renowned for fresh, brilliant interpretations of great orchestral music... The Academy of St Martin in the Fields is a world-famous chamber orchestra founded by Sir Neville Marriner in 1958 and led by virtuoso violinist Joshua Bell
