Jamie is the longest serving member of our web development team. With attention to detail bordering on obsessive; if there's a pixel missing or a bug to fix, he will find it and deal with it.
Michelle excels in understanding the personality of a client, listening to a brief and translating it into stunning, imaginative, fit-for-purpose, original designs.
Noémie has always had a passion for design. At university she specialised in graphic design and branding, so it is no surprise that her career has been in various London and Kent based marketing agencies since and ib3 has been lucky to have her as a designer since 2011.
Rebecca is our digital marketing specialist. Professionally trained in social media management and a Google AdWords certified partner too. Her writing and analytical skills are used to create the best possible campaigns for our clients.
Steve is one of the founding Directors of ib3 and his main role is in the delivery of digital solutions; overseeing the design and development of websites, applications and email marketing campaigns.
Wayne is one of our senior developers, with years of coding experience across a wide range of platforms in his armoury. His relaxed attitude to life in general helps to ensure that no client request is ever too much trouble.
