Ahmad Yousif Almubarak is Chief of Staff in the Office of the President & CEO of Alturki Holding. He was promoted to this position from Office Manager, Office of the President & CEO, in January 2023. Almubarak began his career at Alturki in 2013 in the Investment Division of Alturki Family Office. From 2018, he served as Administrative Affairs Managers at Adeem, an Alturki Holding-owned real estate developer, before moving to the Office of the President & CEO in October 2020. As Chief of Staff, Almubarak has a wide range of duties and responsibilities in support of the President. He is heavily involved in business planning and the drawing up and execution of strategic projects. Almubarak also plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the President; liaises with Group subsidiaries and joint ventures; and has compliance, governance, and government relations responsibilities. Almubarak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Jubail University College. While a college senior, he worked as an intern at Alturki Family Office.

Asim Almalik - Chief Legal Officer, VP

As Vice President at Alturki Holding, Asim provides support to the managing directors of the company's subsidiaries and advices them on matters including the Holding's commitment to sustainable growth. In addition, he supports the Holding's President and CEO. Asim also serves on the Board of Directors of the Saudi Readymix Company and on the Executive Committees of all Holding subsidiaries and represents the Holding and its subsidiaries in their strategic relationships. As the Holding's Chief Legal Officer, Asim advises leadership on legal and compliance matters; ensures all contracts and other documentation comply with the laws of concerned jurisdictions; and negotiates terms of engagement with joint venture partners, suppliers and purchasers to protect the Holding's interests. He also provides supervision and advice to the Holding's subsidiaries. In addition, he manages the Alturki Holding Legal Department where he ensures the function remains aligned with and focused on the company's business strategies and objectives. Asim has many years of corporate and commercial legal experience as well as a wealth of litigation, project financing and M&A legislation knowledge and expertise. Prior to coming to the Holding, Asim was acting General Counsel for and served on the Steering Committee of Qiddiya Investment Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund. In addition, Asim served as a board member and on the Audit Committee of Alromaih Industrial & Trading Group. While at Qiddiya, Asim was involved in negotiations with Six Flags, sponsorship agreements for Alhilal and Alnasser football clubs, project finance regarding infrastructure for Qiddiya projects and on other confidential mega projects. While in private practice, he was involved in numerous major projects including privatization of the Riyadh airport and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts for many giga projects. In addition, he has held legal positions at numerous businesses in both Saudi Arabia and the United States. Asim obtained his Master of Law Degree in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, USA; a Bachelor of Law with Honors in Islamic Law from Al-Imam Muhammad ibn Saudi Islamic University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; has a Mini MBA certificate from the London School of Business & Finance, London, UK; and a certificate in Project Finance Agreement from Euromoney Learning Solutions in Paris, France.

Bader Alshathry - EVP

Bader Alshathry is the Executive Vice President at Alturki Holding. He initially joined the Group in 2011 as General Manager for the Central Region before becoming its Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer in 2014. Alshathry puts his extensive experience, spanning over two decades, to the service of Alturki and its subsidiaries, as he plays an integral role in driving their growth, increasing their revenue streams, and providing them with the necessary market feedback regarding competitive offerings. His vital contributions within the Group extend even further. Alshathry offers his rich knowledge and expertise to several executive committees, and chairs the Boards of Directors of the Group's subsidiaries, including those within the Growth Sector and Alturki Industrial Investments. His remarkable professional journey has seen him assume numerous leadership roles and functions. His career started at JAZIRA Solar Factory, where he served as Deputy General Manager. Faisal Alhawas is the Account Director for Aramco at Alturki Holding, a position he has held since joining the company in 2013. He started his journey at Alturki Holding as the General Manager for the Eastern Province, which paved the way for further responsibilities and roles. In 2018, Alhawas was appointed Acting Managing Director of Sawafi Al-Jazeera Oilfield Products and Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alturki Holding. Additionally, he served as the Director of Strategic Partners and Initiatives from November 2019 to February 2021, reflecting his strong leadership and coordination skills. Alhawas has played a pivotal role in building robust relationships with key clients and enhancing the group's market position, significantly contributing to impressive financial growth and the successful negotiation of numerous business deals. Alhawas began his professional career in 2004 at the Corporate Banking Group, where he quickly advanced from Credit Analyst to Senior Relationship Manager by 2008. Breathe was sold to EDF in Dec 2019. Formerly CEO of Evolve Energy, a private equity backed energy services company which I co-founded in 2006. Jason Mistry joined Alturki Holding as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2023. Before joining Alturki Holding, Mistry held senior finance roles at several global firms, including Brookfield Asset Management, Jupiter Asset Management, and Experian. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As CFO, Mistry is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing all finance-related activities across Alturki Holding group. He plays a crucial role in strategic planning, risk management, treasury functions, investment decisions, acquisitions and Venture business. Mistry reports on financial matters to Alturki Holding's Board of Directors and serves as a voting member of the Executive Committee. Altamimi began his career at Alturki in 2015 and served as a sales engineer before becoming a digital transformation manager for both Inma and the Holding company. As Director of Digital Transformation, Altamimi works to transform all the Group subsidiaries digitally. The work requires ensuring that business processes and procedures are optimized and aligned with company strategy, along with selecting and implementing digital solutions. Mohannad Almadhi

Over 23 years of experience in the real estate and facility management fields. Mohannad Almadhi earned his bachelor's degree in Architecture and master's in engineering management from the Catholic University of America in 1999 in Washington, DC. He started his career with the General Services Department at the World Bank Group in Washington DC. He was a Member of the Saudi Railways Expansion Project team in 2003, one of the largest infrastructure BOT transactions at that time. In 2007, Mr. Mohannad Almadhi Joined Alturki Holding Group in as Vice President for Real-estate, overseeing the family Real estate portfolio. He then worked on establishing Musanadah Facility Management in 2010, and Adeem Real-estate Company in 2013. In 2016, he was appointed Managing Director of Musanadah and in June 2022 appointed as Executive Director for Business Growth and advisor to the President at Alturki Holding. Mr. Almadhi was a member of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) in (Dubai, UAE) Strategic Committee in 2016. In 2021, he was appointed as a member of the board of directors to MEFMA. He is also a Board Member at the Saudi Umran Society (Facility Management Group) since 2019 at the King Saud University (Riyadh, KSA). Mr. Khalid Ali Alturki is the Founder and Chairman of Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Holding Company (Alturki Holding). Although Mr. Alturki is a businessman, his true passion is education and human development. To this end, he has devoted much of his time to a plethora of initiatives in this field. He is founder and President of the Dhahran Ahliyyah Schools, a non-profit educational organization, serving almost 2000 Saudi and other Arab male and female students in Saudi Arabia from kindergarten through high school. He is a member of the board of Mawhiba for gifted students in Saudi Arabia; a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Thought Foundation in Beirut; a former member of the board of Tatweer; and Member of the Board of Directors of the King Salman Center for Disability Research. Most recently, Mr. Alturki has been appointed by the Saudi Government to the Board Of Trustees of the Kingdom's National Museum. After moving back home in 2000, Rami moved across companies within Alturki Group, building knowledge and experience along the way, until being appointed as President & Chief Executive Officer of Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Holding Co. (Alturki Holding), and serves as Chairman of the boards of its subsidiary companies operating in diverse sectors including construction, infrastructure, industrial services and energy, security technologies, and transportation services. Additionally, he holds different positions on the boards of Alturki's joint ventures, including Chairman of the board for Nesma & Partners, Chairman of the board for Velosi Saudi Arabia and Chairman of Element Saudi Arabia. Alturki is an active figure in various fields of investment. Ms. Alturki's career interests revolve around the goal of positively contributing to Saudi Arabia's development with a particular interest in women's empowerment. Under her executive leadership, Alnahda established a research center and advocacy unit, digitised all activities, gained consultative status at the UN ECOSOC and was appointed by Royal decree to lead the W20 summit and its related activities in 2020. Previous to her role as CEO, Ms. Alturki served for four years as the Alnahda Chief Projects Officer where she oversaw the running, development and evaluation of Al-Nahda's projects in the fields of financial, educational and social development, professional and vocational training and employment. Ms. Alturki is a Founding Board Member of CellA+, a women's professional network aimed at empowering professional women in Saudi Arabia. In 2016, she was appointed by Royal Decree to the Board of Trustees of the Saudi Human Rights Commission where she serves on a part time basis. Ms. Alturki holds a B.A. in History from Wellesley College and an M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University. In his more than 10 years with the Alturki Group, Syed has held numerous finance positions in several organizations including Treasury Manager of the Alturki Group and Manager of Finance and Accounting at AES International Consultants and at Alturki Real Estate. Prior to coming to the Alturki Group, he was a senior finance manager for Agility in Kuwait and an accounts manager for the Zamil Group Holding Company. He is a U.S. Certified Management Accountant and U.S. Certified Treasury Professional, holds a bachelor's degree in Accounts & Income Tax from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and has a diploma in Islamic Finance from Chartered Institute of Global Accountants (CIMA) in the United Kingdom. He is a longstanding member of the U.S.-based Institute of Management Accountants.

Zahid Farooq is currently Internal Audit Director of Alturki Holding. He is one of the top experts in his field, with an extensive range of financial skills. Mr. Farooq joined Alturki Holding in 2012 and is in charge of key financial operations for the whole group, including conducting yearly audits of all the companies, developing and presenting their monthly financial reports, and analyzing their performance and cash flow. He also identifies any major risks facing the group and proposes actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche in 2006 where he was Senior Auditor. His skills and dedication were quickly recognized and he was promoted to Audit Manager in 2009. Mr. Farooq attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and became a Chartered Accountant in 2006.
