HUNTSVILLE - Key Persons

Amanda Cawthron

Amanda Cawthron is a native of North Alabama, spending her childhood in Madison, Rogersville, Huntsville, Birmingham, and Florence. She received her GED in 2010 after being home-schooled. She is currently working towards a general studies degree in her spare time. When she's not working on her degree or spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys cross-stitching, hiking, being at the lake, and cooking at home. "Stepping out of my comfort zone and growing with this company has been one of the best moves I could have ever made. Zig Ziglar once said "What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals." I'm looking forward to, not just how I can help this company grow, but seeing how the Hub helps me grow."

Job Titles:
  • Chief Connector
I was born in Birmingham but moved to Huntsville in 1986 to pursue a degree in Business Administration at UA Huntsville. As a teen I knew I wanted to own my own business, but I was clueless as to what would be a good fit. While in school I sold houses and cars, clothes and electronics on Ebay, lots of different things through direct sales companies like Amway, Avon, Usana, and Juice Plus, but none of these activities resonated with me. After graduating I took a position with a local government contractor. I enjoyed that work, but it still wasn't what I was looking for. One day I read a story about shared tenant services, and I knew that was what I wanted. I loved taking care of people, and the thought of doing that while running my own business seemed like a perfect match. My husband and I took the leap and opened our doors in 1994. Over the last 18 years I have spent some years working in the business and other years working with local contractors doing proposal development. I love both, but being here at the Hub is a dream come true. Every day I get to come to work and help other people be successful. What could be better?
