My name is Gus Bert and I am a real estate appraiser and consultant in the Tallahassee Florida area. I am a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Florida. I cover a 10-county area around Tallahassee and have been appraising residential and commercial properties since 2001. I grew up just outside of Tallahassee in the bedroom community of Havana Florida and now reside in the city of Quincy. I attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelors Degree from the Warrington College of Business with a major in Finance... I started my appraisal career with a firm in the Jacksonville Florida area by the name of Weigel-Veasey Appraisers. I worked for WV for about 2 and 1/2 years and then decided to return home and take a job with Tallahassee appraisal firm Northridge Appraisal Company.
