We believe in traditional rearing in the natural way - this means grass-fed in the case of beef and lamb, and free-range when it comes to chicken and pork... In addition to a large variety of quality traditional cuts we have our easy to cook ranges. Using our butchery skills, catering knowledge and enthusiasm for cooking, we've produced an exciting range of ready to cook, time saving "straight to Pan or Oven" meals. We are excited about developing new ranges of easy to cook options and are continuously creating new and improved recipes to add to our product lines. Let us take the hard work out of cooking!
