I have worked for CSS since 1995, where I began as a Support Worker. I have undertaken numerous training courses and gained vast amounts of knowledge, which has enabled me to progress into the role I am in now as the Service Manager. My current role consists of various tasks, including the overall management of the rotaring process and systems to providing a high-quality service to the individuals we support, which I thoroughly enjoy.

Hello my name is Ben I have worked at CSS now since 2012 and I have progressed into an assistant management role. I enjoy spending my time with family and friends and the gym.
I have worked for Community Support Services since March 1999 where I began my employment as a support worker. In April 2004, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. I have undertaken numerous training courses and completed my NVQ Level 2, 3 and 5.
My role consists of various tasks including, overseeing and managing a staff team who support a lady who lives independently in her own home with 24-hour support. I also help with the running of our Day Services at Aachen Hall and The Addy. I have had the pleasure of working in all departments within CSS and gained a lot of experience throughout my employment.
Hi, I am Claire Turner, I have had the privilege of working with the amazing employees of CSS since 2015. In that time I have been responsible for ensuring we have a well-trained and knowledgeable workforce. In August 2020 I was appointed as the Registered Manager of CSS. My role is to support the company to maintain an outstanding service whilst working within our company values. I absolutely love my work and my passion is ensuring the people we support receive a person centred service that meets their individual needs. I am still heavily involved with training and I am committed to ensuring employees are continuously developed and supported within CSS.

I'm David and have worked for CSS since 2015, I started out as a support worker and am now an Assistant Manager. I am also a well-being champion and a supported loving champion.
Hi, I am Dawn Hartley, one of the managing directors at CSS. Along with my husband Danny, we established CSS in 1995. Throughout this time I have remained passionate about delivering and developing a needs-led service to our customers.
I joined Community Support Services in June 2015 as an Administration Assistant. Due to internal promotion over the years, I am now in the position of Human Resource Manager.
I thoroughly enjoy my job and I am passionate about us being an outstanding employer and service provider for all our staff and service users.
Throughout my years working for Community Support Services, I have experienced numerous opportunities for training and development which has given me the skills and knowledge for me to grow in my role.

I started working for CSS in 2020 to help out with all things COVID-19. I also assist the Compliance and Administration Manager with any tasks, like ensuring all the care plans and risk assessments for the individuals we support are being constantly updated. I really love my job and it feels so nice to be part of a lovely community.

I began working for Community Support Services in 2010 as an Office Junior. Throughout my employment, I have developed continually, which has resulted in my current position as the Compliance & Administration Manager.
Over the years, I have undertaken various training courses that has supported me in my role, including NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration and also a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
My role consists of various tasks, including the overall management of administration, contractual returns and auditing, managing our IT processes and systems, supporting our clients and staff teams to devise and continually update all relevant data including, support plans, risk assessments and various other documentation.
Hi, my name is Michaela. I started my employment with Community Support Services in 2010, as a Support Worker. In 2011, I was promoted to Assistant Manager within Supported Living, where I now thoroughly enjoy managing one of our supported living houses. I am passionate about my job, I have built some strong, working relationships with the individuals we support and also with my colleagues.
Hi, my name is Robin, I have worked for CSS since 2010. Within this time, I have gained my level 2 + 3 diplomas, and undertaken many different training courses of high standards. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working alongside a great staff team and meeting many individuals that I provide support for. I started as a support worker, then working up to become an Assistant Manager within supported living from 2019. I feel all my skills and knowledge gained over the past 14 years has enabled me to offer high standards of care to the people I support.

I started working as a support worker within supported living in 2012 and worked my way up to an assistant manager in 2019.
During my time at CSS, I have been given many training opportunities to further develop my skills within my job role.
Hi, my name is Sharon, I have worked for CSS since 2018. I did have a slight break due to me moving back to my hometown in Hull although returned a short while later as a support worker. In 2020, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, where I manage one of our supported living houses alongside another Assistant Manager. We both help manage and run the house and staff team and provide support to our lovely tenants. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks with my 2 dogs and enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
