Diane has been with CPM since July 2016. During her time, she has done extensive migraine training through American Headache Society. Additionally, she expands her knowledge of pain theory through continuing medical education (CME) with Harvard as well as other renown leaders in central pain theories.
Diane graduated from the University of Colorado where she majored in International Affairs and Environmental Studies, she then completed her Physician Assistant training at Northwestern University in Chicago.
In addition to working as a PA, Diane is a certified Rolfer, certified Rolf Movement practitioner and she continues to teach yoga in the Boulder area.
Outside of the office, Diane is an avid Cross fitter, yoga practitioner and gardener.

Dr. Tanner has been a pain management physician in the Boulder area since 1999. He went to medical school at the University of New England and completed a residency and board certification in neuromusculoskeletal medicine.
During his residency he was trained in medical acupuncture through UCLA and was trained in the related Craig PENS (percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation).
Haley graduated from Wartburg College where she majored in Biology and Neuroscience, she completed her Physician Assistant studies at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
Haley has been with CPM since October 2019, since her employment she has underwent Creekside's extensive training in pain and migraine theory.
She is building her CME through the American Headache Society to expand her knowledge in migraine and pain. During her undergrad she studied migraine and spent time with the neurology and headache clinic. She has a passionate about migraine and chronic pain.
Outside of the office Haley enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and traveling.
