Andrew is the Director of HF Integration, establishing the company in 2015. He has over 20 years' experience in providing practical human factors, ergonomics and workplace risk assessment services to clients in a range of hazardous industries, including energy, mining, rail and defence.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
Callum is a Human Factors Consultant with three years' experience in conducting human factors research as well as applying practical human factors methods and principles in healthcare and rail settings. He has a strong focus on human factors design considerations and cognitive ergonomics.
Cherie is a Human Factors Consultant and completed her Masters in Ergonomics and Organisational Behaviour in 2018. Since joining HF Integration she has provided human factors support to rail, mining, oil and gas industries.
Jo is a Senior Consultant at HF Integration, joining the company in October 2017 as an experienced Human Factors Specialist. She had previously worked in the oil & gas industry for five years, successfully integrating human factors into corporate processes and major capital projects.
Jo holds a Masters qualifications in Ergonomics (Human Factors) and Occupational Therapy.
Julie joined HF Integration in January 2021 as a Graduate Human Factors Consultant. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters in Human Factors from the University of Picardie Jules Verne, in France.
Rachel is a Principal Consultant with over 10 years' experience. She has worked mostly in specialist human factors and safety roles for consultancies and major companies across a range of high reliability industries, including rail, aviation, and oil and gas. Lately she has had a particular focus on the integration of human factors into major mining and rail automation projects.
Thilina is a Senior HF Consultant with eight years' experience gained across a range of high reliability industries, including rail transportation, oil and gas, and energy. He holds a PhD and Master's qualifications in Human Factors. Thilina has carried out projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Mainland China, USA, UK, and Israel throughout his career.
Zoë is a Principal Consultant applying Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) principles across high reliability industries including petrochemical, rail, road, logistics, infrastructure, aviation and marine. For the last 10 years, Zoë focused on HF in Operations, HOP and Operational Learning as an employee within a major petrochemical operator.
