JUST BREWING COMPANY

Just Brewing Company started in January 2014.We are a family owned and run brewery based in Boksburg. We focus on keeping our brewing practices community friendly, donating our spent grain to community projects like the Boksburg Bokkie Park. Our focus is on producing good quality beer that people can enjoy drinking any time. We don't filter any of our beer or add any additives. Our beer is bottle conditioned and is best enjoyed chilled... The old brewery that was left in storage for about 9 years was cleaned over a period of 4 months. All the pumps and water pipes needed servicing and replacing as well as the chiller that was leaking badly. We purchased three additional 400 litre fermenters to increase capacity on the original 850 litres of stainless steel and copper fermenters. Our annual capacity will be around 61 000 litres. We have spent many hours perfecting our recipes using only the finest ingredients; filtered water, malt, hops and quality brewers yeast sourced from locally..
