Our staff are experts in the noodle making industry and it shows as we only seek out the best ingredients to make are noodles... Kobayashi Noodle U.S.A's website. We strive making our noodle we served in Japan from a factory in Gardena. We are a ramen noodle manufacturer from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan... "Bringing Authentic Japanese Flavor to America" was our motto as we established our Kobayashi Noodle U.S.A. office in Los Angeles in June of 2009. Since then, we have brought our noodle making machinery directly from our factory in Japan and while adjusting to the different environment, we have been successful in manufacturing noodles.
