In the past, LIOS has been privileged to partner with other universities to offer the program through their infrastructure. Now is the time to recreate LIOS as an independent private college. Doing so will give us greater freedom to live our values, innovate our program, and enable our students to have maximum impact in their organizations and the world around us!... The Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) prepares leaders, change agents, and organization development consultants through small group experiential education to pursue and achieve individual, business, and social justice goals.
