Chuck Bristow

Chuck Bristow has been with Mikros since 2003. He leads a diverse team of systems engineers and information technology engineering professionals. Prior to Mikros, Chuck worked as the Director of Network Engineering for Clariti Telecommunications International, responsible for wireless network development and implementation, software engineering, corporate telecommunication, and IT. Prior to Clariti, Chuck spent 13 years with Magnavox/General Atronics Corporation, a manufacturer of military communications equipment, where he worked in hardware engineering, integration, and design for state-of-the-art military radio communications equipment. Chuck has a BS in Technology Management.

Henry Silcock - CTO

Henry Silcock has been Chief Technology Officer since February, 2009, and was a Senior Staff Engineer from 2003-2008. Henry was the program manager on several Mikros wireless R&D projects including the RWSE program, which incorporated EMC analysis capabilities into wireless network design software; the NVEA program, developing simulation tools for tactical data link analysis; and several programs developing shipboard networks. He has more than thirty years experience, and has been lead engineer on a number of successful R&D programs, including frequency-diversity modems for tactical radio networks, telemetry networks for ocean-going buoys, and digital voice pager design and development. He also has experience in network and system simulation, software and microprocessor architecture, custom VLSI development, DSP and real-time systems, and as CTO of an Internet startup. Henry has a BA in Mathematics and an MS in Computer Science.

Marc Dalby

Marc Dalby has been a member of the Mikros team since November 2007. Prior to Mikros, Marc served as Vice President of Business Systems and Strategy for London Bridge Trading Company, a defense industry manufacturing firm. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Contracts and Sales Channel Development for ADS, Inc., a distribution and logistics management firm specializing in military special operations equipment. He has held other senior-level program management and business development positions in both technology and services-oriented organizations, including DRS Technologies. Marc is a Navy veteran and has a BS in Business/Marketing and an MBA.

Paul G. Casner - Chairman

Mr. Casner has been a director of the Company since May 2002. In October 2009, he was elected as the Chairman of the Board. In August 2009, he was appointed CEO/President of Integral Systems, Inc. Mr. Casner has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DRS Technologies, Inc. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Casner served as President of the Electronic Systems Group of DRS Technologies. Before joining DRS Technologies Mr. Casner was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Technology Applications and Service Company. In August 2009, he was appointed CEO/President of Integral Systems, Inc. Mr. Casner has over 35 years of Defense Industry experience including several senior positions in Business Management, Technical Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development. He is a member of the Naval Reserve Association and is a Commodore of the Navy League of the United States, in addition to other professional affiliations. Mr. Casner is also a director of ACE-COMM Corporation.

Thomas C. Lynch

Mr. Lynch has been a Director of the Company since February 1997. He is also currently serving as Managing Director at The Musser Group and Jones Lang LaSalle. From August 1995 to November 2001, Mr. Lynch served as Senior Vice President of Safeguard Securities, Inc. From 1998 to August 2000, he was Executive Vice President and later became President and Chief Operating Officer of CompuCom Systems, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of The Staubach Company from 2001 - 2008. At the present time, Mr. Lynch serves as Chairman of Sprinturf and the US Naval Academy Athletic Scholarship Foundation. In addition, he is a Director of the following organizations: Eastern Technology Council, Infologix, Inc., Telkonet, Inc., Buckeye Insurance Company, PRWT Services, National Center for the American Revolution, EconomicsPA, Catholic Leadership Institute, PA Convention & Visitors Bureau, and PA Sports Congress. Along with his business endeavors, Mr. Lynch also had a decorated 31-year naval career, retiring with the rank of Rear Admiral.

Thomas J. Meaney - CEO, President

Tom Meaney has been a Director of the Company since July 1986. Prior to Mikros, Tom was Senior Vice President and Director of Robotic Vision Systems Incorporated ("RVSI"), a manufacturer of robotic vision systems. Prior to this, he was Vice President, International Business Development, for Norden Systems and President of Norden Systems Canada, both divisions of United Technologies Corporation and developers of computer and electronic products and systems. Tom has led numerous research and development efforts in the areas of Radar and Radio Frequency Engineering, and has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Meaney has been a Director of the Company since July 1986 and was Chairman of the Board from June 1997 to February 1999. He was appointed President in June 1986 and continued to serve until February 1997. On September 30, 1998, he was reappointed President of the Company. From February 1983 to June 1986, Mr. Meaney was Senior Vice President and Director of Robotic Vision Systems Incorporated ("RVSI"), a manufacturer of robotic vision systems. Mr. Meaney served as a Director of RVSI until 1991 when he resigned from the post. Prior to 1983 and for more than five years, he was Vice President - Business Development, International of Norden Systems and President - Norden Systems Canada, both divisions of United Technologies Corporation and developers of computer and electronic products and systems. He presently owns his own defense consulting company with offices in Arlington, VA and Chadds Ford, PA.
