PICA-SERVICE

The PICA-Service is overseen by the Pub Governing Body (PGB) which is responsible for establishing the rules of governance and case protocols for both the PICA-Service and the Pubs Independent Rent Review Scheme (PIRRS). The PGB is provided by six of the industry's leading associations representing both tenants and landlords: UK Hospitality, The Licensees Association, the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA), the British Institue of Innkeeping (BII), the Federation of Licensed Victuallers Associations (FLVA), and the Guild of Master Victuallers (GMV)...
