The founder and President of PRD Management, Inc., James McGrath has spent 40 years dedicated to planning, consulting, and managing multi-family housing. He firmly believes in the philosophy of "service to others."
Jim is a licensed real estate broker and licensed professional planner in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jim's career has been dedicated to planning, constructing, consulting, and managing multi-family housing. He firmly believes in the philosophy of "service to others", building his company and results round that commitment. Jim has won numerous national and local awards for his work and leadership in housing. Jim is a founding member of the NJ, PA & DE chapters of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), and he currently serves as co-Chair of the New Jersey Housing Management Task Force of the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency, and is on the Board of the NJ Apartment Association.

Sue joined PRD Management in 1990 as a senior property manager for senior and family properties. After serving as a property manager for ten years, managing a mixed portfolio of senior and family rental housing, Sue consistently exceeded benchmarks in occupancy and cash flow on behalf of the sponsor. She developed a specialty in both maintenance and compliance.
After serving as a property manager, Sue assumed the role of Regional Manager for PRD. Responsible for overseeing the operational and financial aspects of a mixed portfolio of over 2000 units of residential apartments throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Among her notable achievements are the strong relationships of trust she developed with clients, staff, and residents.
In 2020, Sue became the Vice President of Operations. As the Vice President of Operations, Sue was responsible for the property management company's day-to-day operations and financial management. Responsibilities included fiscal and physical operations of the real estate assets in the management company's portfolio. Sue consistently managed and motivated staff to work toward a common goal.
With 30 years of experience with PRD Management and working closely over those years with Jim McGrath, founder of PRD Management, and past president Karin Dunn, Sue became the President and CEO in 2022. As President & CEO, Sue is responsible for all personnel and practices of PRD Management and the results of the PRD-managed communities. Sue will continue working to ensure that PRD maintains its excellent reputation while adapting to meet this industry's current and future demands.
