RDA - Key Persons
Adam is a graduate of Appalachian State University's Renewable Energy program and brings a wealth of experience to RDA. With many Megawatts of design, installation, and commissioning under his belt he splits hit time between the field and the drafting table. Adam's extensive experience helps further our commitment to quality.
Alan has been in the renewable energy and energy efficiency industries since 2005. His experience ranges from project management, design and estimating to on-site technical lead for several of the largest solar installations in the country. Alan's formal education includes degrees in Renewable energy, Construction Management, and Business, and he has achieved NABCEP accreditation for both PV and Thermal Installation . He has extensive hands-on experience in solar thermal, solar photovoltaics, micro-hydro and small wind, and specializes in commercial-scale solar.

Jon is a Management graduate form Slippery Rock University and has been working in trades and construction management for the better part of a decade. Since coming to RDA in early 2019 his broad skillset and experience has helped our team manage large and various projects while affirming our companywide commitment to safety.
Pascal brings more than 35 years of commercial and industrial electrical experience to our team, and has been an invaluable part of countless residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar energy projects. His many years of experience in electrical maintenance plays a very important part in RDA's commitment to quality and sets us apart in the O&M field.
Tracy's years of construction administration experience, organizational skills, and customer service keep our office running smoothly.
