Adam L. Gill

Born in Bountiful, Utah, Adam attended the University of Utah, where he obtained his bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Sociology. Adam then went on to pursue and earn his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been practicing law since 2009. Prior to joining Richard Harris Law Firm, Adam practiced primarily as a criminal defense lawyer, being appointed Special Prosecutor on two cases by the Honorable Judge Herdon. Bringing his experience and talents to Richard Harris Law Firm, Adam looks to utilize the vast array of courtroom skills he's acquired as a criminal defense lawyer to assist his clients in their personal injury cases. With strong ties to the Southern Nevada community, Adam is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and serves on the Henderson Social Service Board. Adam considers himself a bit of a history buff, with a specific interest in 18th and 19th century American history, which has helped him connect with his current and potential clients. Adam is also a huge sports fan. In his spare time, you can find Adam spending time on the green, as he's an avid golfer, or cheering on the University of Utah and the Las Vegas Golden Knights. Craig has spent more than 30 years using his experience and knowledge to assist others in their time of need and improve their lives. Craig is a lifetime resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, on an academic scholarship receiving a political science degree. He then went on to the Whittier College School of Law. Following his graduation from law school, Craig practiced for 25 years as a Chief Deputy District Attorney specializing in the prosecution of crimes against women and children. He then joined The Defenders after learning of the success and reputation of the firm. In 2022, Craig was recognized by peers, clients and colleagues as one of Nevada's Top Lawyers. As a proud member of the Las Vegas community, Craig takes an active role in supporting the young in the community. He has volunteered at local high schools in Mock Trial programs and coached numerous youth sports programs. In 2002, Josh Harris graduated from Utah Valley State College (UVSC) with a bachelor's degree in legal studies, earning Dean's List honors. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in the Law Society, was active in promoting the legal studies program at UVSC, and fulfilled an internship in personal injury law. Josh attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California-excelling in civil procedure, evidence, advanced torts, and corporations. During law school, Josh spent a summer in Salzburg, Austria, studying constitutional law and human rights under United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy. He also served as an assistant to the McGeorge's dean of admissions. Joshua began work as a clerk for Richard Harris Law Firm during his final year in law school. Upon graduation, he began working at Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm as an attorney. Josh was born in Sacramento, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 1980. He graduated from Bonanza High School and earned Boy Scouts of America's highest honor, the Eagle Scout award. After graduation, he traveled to Pennsylvania to serve in a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

After graduating from law school in 1980, Rick took two bar exams during the same week-California and Nevada. He passed them both; an accomplishment unmatched by anyone since. He had an overall score of 95 percent on the Nevada bar exam. Rick first practiced with Criminal Defense Attorney and former Las Vegas Mayor, Oscar Goodman. In 1982, he founded Richard Harris Personal Injury Law Firm to help people protect their legal rights and ensure best outcomes for those they serve. In 2007, he founded a criminal defense division, The Defenders, to help more people. As a trial lawyer and skilled negotiator, Rick has resolved several of the largest personal injury cases in Nevada. He has earned membership into the prestigious Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Outstanding Lawyers of America, and the Verdict Club as a platinum member. Rick served on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Justice Association and has been a lobbyist for injury victims' rights in the Nevada Legislature.
