Chris is a Chartered Accountant and has been Managing Director of GTMaritime since 2017 having previously held the position of Head of Finance since 2016. Chris has spent his career in a range of senior positions in a wide variety of rapidly growing businesses. Since starting the position of MD Chris has successfully built solid foundations for the business which has already set the business on its new phase of growth.
Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in building and delivering highly available, secure solutions across a variety of industries. As Operations Director, Jamie is responsible for development and all customer operations within GTMaritime. Jamie leads the continuous improvement programme to make sure we are at the forefront of technology, security and risk management.

Phil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 15 years' experience in senior commercial finance positions across varying industries with experience in improvements in financial controls and systems, business analysis, business integration and system implementation. Phil has been Head of Finance since October 2017, with responsibility of the financial, KPI and statutory reporting, budgeting, account management and receivables and payables management of GTMaritime.

Richard brings a wealth of leadership experience to GTMaritime, with over 16 years in the maritime industry and more than 20 years in senior management. As well as developing digital strategies and solutions in their own right, he has made a speciality of developing organisations to support implementation. Joining GTMaritime in 2022, Richard is responsible for overseeing the global sales and marketing network, focussing on business development.
Robert's breadth of experience in maritime data communications comes from his experience of serving at sea as a Senior Navigation Officer, then working in land telecoms before joining a global maritime satellite communications supplier. This experience allowed him to start this business and has been a driving force in the growth of GTMaritime over the past 20 years. With a proven track record of sustained year on year profit growth for a 20 year period, he continues to demonstrate strong leadership and direction at a senior board level as well as an operating CEO.
