Duncan Jobson

Job Titles:
  • Business Development Manager
Duncan has attained a wide range of skills and experience from working within the building, construction and engineering sectors for more than 35 years, he has been involved with some of the North East's most prestigious projects and worked alongside leading service providers within the region. Whilst he is happy to discuss the finer points of rugby union he also relishes the opportunity to meet new clients and holds customer satisfaction as one of the most rewarding aspects of FM4U.

Georgia Bennett

Job Titles:
  • Finance Assistant
Georgia came to FM4U on an apprenticeship scheme completing a level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. She then continued her studies to achieve Finance Assistant Level 2 and then Assistant Accountant Level 3. She has worked alongside Jayne since joining FM4U in 2019 and is now a key member of the team. Georgia has a proactive approach to all tasks and holds great value in customer service. She does not however believe in putting the kettle on!!!

Harry Miles

Job Titles:
  • Business Administrator
Harry came to FM4U on an apprenticeship scheme and since starting has completed his Business Administration Level 3 award with the company. Since he joined, Harry has become an integral part of the team dealing with all reactive works and front-line enquiries. The customers ask for him specifically and he prides himself in getting jobs turned around quickly and efficiently. In his free time Harry enjoys watching TV, eating takeaways and trips to the cinema.

Jayne Parker

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
Jayne has over 20 years of experience in a customer service environment and has worked in various sectors including the Motor Trade, Domestic Heating Services and Commercial Facilities Management. Customer service is at the forefront of everything she does, and she works hard to ensure that all works carried out by FM4U are done on time and at the highest standard possible.

Jorja Wilson

Job Titles:
  • Trainee Business Administrator
Jorja the newest member of the team joined FM4U in 2024 on an apprenticeship scheme and is currently working towards a level 3 award in Business Administration. She is enjoying learning about all aspects of the business and looks forwards to seeing in which direction the future will take her within the company. In her spare time, Jorja enjoys going to the gym and socialising with her friends

Katie Morrison

Job Titles:
  • Business Administrator
Katie has over 25 years' experience in Business Administration, Education and Social Care. Having started her career in the Hospitality Industry where customer focus was key she went on to run a successful Nursery, Early Years Setting and Out of School Club. Katie has worked in the care sector for the last 20 years and decided that a change would be a good challenge and joined FM4U in February 2022. Katie is responsible for ensuring maintenances are carried out on time to ensure our clients are fully compliant.

Louise Common - Managing Director

Louise was the Operations Director at FM4U from November 2014, then purchased FM4U in February 2020 where she is the sole director and owner. Prior to this she worked in Facilities within the Education Sector for Northumberland County Council for over 20 years. She has an Honor's degree in Hospitality and Culinary. Louise has grown the business since November 2014 and is able to offer a bespoke service to each client's needs whether be it a hard or soft facilities services ensuring a high standard of customer service is always met by her and all of the team.

Lynne Buddle

Job Titles:
  • Business Administrator
Lynne started her career in hairdressing and then decided after 22 years to have a career change and become a business administrator in the NHS which she did for 16 years. In 2019 Lynne decided to take the plunge and began her own successful cleaning business, unfortunately after Covid 19 hit her business hard she decided to take some time out to decide her next career move. In March 2021 Lynne decided to join our team and we are very fortunate to have a very conscientious and well organised person who prides herself in putting the customer first. She loves to be outdoors in her spare time whether it be walking or running. She also works hard in carrying out a lot of work for Charities.

Mark Holman

Job Titles:
  • Sales Account Manager
Mark was a sole proprietor of a business offering an extensive range of services based at one of the largest engineering works in the North East, for almost 30 years. He joined FM4U in 2015 and his versatility, plus a continued broadening of that skill-set, all help when meeting clients on a day-to-day basis, resolving issues, to contribute to ever-improving levels of customer service and satisfaction, in the ongoing development of FM4U.

Mark Thomas

Job Titles:
  • Water Technician & Building Maintenance Engineer
Mark started his career as a lifeguard with a love for water and fitness, after 6 years he decided he wanted to try something more demanding and moved to a maintenance team where he spent a year improving his skills and knowledge within the holiday home industry. Now working as a water technician and building maintenance engineer he has combined all his skills in to one job working with FM4U. If you want to find Mark in his spare time he's either racing through the forest on a mountain bike or working on his cars in the garage.

Paul McGuinness

Job Titles:
  • Business Technical Support & Site Surveyor
Paul has over 40 years' experience working in mechanical services in both the public and private sector where he has developed an excellent understanding of statutory duty maintenances, water hygiene and Legionella control. Over this time, he has worked on key projects including Hospitals, Schools, Sports Centre's, and factories throughout the North East. Paul's role at FM4U has given him the opportunity to bring all his experience in to helping the company grow whilst working as part of a great team where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of the business.

Rob Swinhoe

Job Titles:
  • Water Risk Assessor & Building Maintenance Engineer
Since leaving school Rob started his career in a well-known holiday park as a Maintenance Manager and worked his way up to become the Swimming Pool Manager. Rob was in charge of several staff and worked long hours. Rob decided he wanted to spend more time with his family and have a more work life balance. Since joining FM4U in September 2021 Rob has become a great asset and has brought a wealth of knowledge to the FM4U Team. In his spare time, he is either on his bikes usually in the middle of nowhere or messing with his bikes in his garage.
