Angela Lambert

Angela Lambert lives in Lamoille county with her 2 granddaughters and has been a sales agent for over 10 years. She loves the opportunity of helping make your dreams happen whether its finding your perfect home or selling the old for new opportunities to develop. Bob Durand

Bob Durand has been coming to Vermont most of his life to hunt, fish, canoe, hike and ski. Bob is the former Secretary of Environmental Affairs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where he managed the five environmental agencies including the state's air and water regulatory agency, fish and wildlife, forests and parks and agriculture. He has served in the Massachusetts State Senate as Majority Whip and Chaired the Environment and Agriculture Committee. Bob has received many environmental awards for his work as the author of the Community Preservation Act, The Rivers bill and Brownfields legislation. Bob has also received the National Trust Award for Historic Preservations Public Policy. He is a graduate of Boston College and has received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from both the University of Massachusetts and Nichols College. Bob is President of Durand and Anastas Environmental Strategies, an environmental permitting and government affairs company, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Nature Conservancy and president of the board of the Outdoor Heritage Foundation. He is a former member of the board of The Land Trust Alliance. Bob currently has a home in Hardwick, with Pall Spera Company agent Nancy Demers and has a hunting camp in the Lowell Mt. Range. He brings his passion for Vermont's quality of life to his real estate profession.

Caroline Marhefka

Caroline grew up in a bilingual household in Montreal. She first came to Vermont as a young Burke Mountain Academy ski racer and later as an alpine coach for the Mount Mansfield Ski Club. After graduating college, she worked in marketing in New York City and Philadelphia, before returning to Vermont in 2011 and settling in Stowe with her husband and son. Caroline has embraced her life in Vermont, spending many years volunteering in the Stowe schools and on the Pediatric Diabetes Council at the University of Vermont Medical Center. In addition to her work in the community, she also loves to take advantage of all that the Vermont outdoors has to offer - tennis, skiing, hiking, and biking with her family. All of these experiences help Caroline find the perfect home for anyone relocating to the Lamoille County region. Laurel Houle

Laurel has been a licensed Realtor® since 2004 giving her extensive knowledge of the real estate market in and around Lamoille County. As a native Vermonter, Laurel has a keen understanding of what draws people to the area and how to market the Vermont lifestyle. Monica Heath

Like many Vermonters, Monica enjoys the four seasons of Vermont whether it's bicycling the rail trails in the summer, hiking mountains in the spring and fall, cross-country skiing, or practicing yoga at her hilltop home. Though she has traveled extensively throughout the United States studying local landscapes and history, Monica always loves returning to her home in Vermont. She's combined her love of her town and love of history by co-authoring a book with her husband on the history of Hyde Park. Monica spent 20 years working with youth and families in the Lamoille and Caledonia counties helping them to achieve success in their dreams and goals. She has transferred this love of helping others into the world of real estate. Monica brings energy and integrity to all of her business transactions and works tirelessly to assist you in selling or buying your Vermont home. In her spare time, Monica volunteers teaching the RSVP Bone Builders Exercise Program in which she's received the 2016 Governor's Service Award, and Morrisville Rotary Club's Paul Harris Award. Nancy DuMont

Originally from Cape Cod, Nancy has lived in Stowe for nearly 25 years. A graduate of Syracuse University, Nancy has been a Realtor in Stowe for 15 years, working with Buyers and Sellers to both acquire and market residential, land and commercial real estate. Nancy was awarded the esteemed designation of Luxury Property Specialist based on top performing sales. Nancy is experienced in transacting 1031 tax free exchanges on behalf of investment buyers and international property sales. She also has a depth of knowledge purchasing and managing her own investment properties in Stowe. Nancy has worked in the Burlington, Vermont region in the field of Property Management, and currently runs her own Property Management business. She is focused and results driven. Nancy Pritchard

Penny Mason- Anderson was raised in Mud City, a rural upland hamlet of Morristown borderingStowe. The youngest of ten children, Penny grew up working alongside her parents and siblings developing a strong work ethic and a deep sense of respect for and love of the land. Though she has lived in other areas of the country, Penny's memories of an outdoor childhood and her appreciation for the unique qualities of Vermont are what keep Penny deeply rooted in the Lamoille Valley. While working in the tourist industry, Penny graduated Johnson State College with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Champlain College. Later, Penny made a name for herself as the youngest-ever President of the Lamoille Valley Chamber of Commerce. Penny learned to do there what she does best-sell Vermont to those who appreciate it as much as she. Penny and husband, Brian, welcomed their first child, Sterling, into the world after 8 years of marriage. Later, while Brian traveled to China to bring daughter, Sophia home, Penny and Sterling prepared for her much-anticipated arrival. A few years later, Sister Olivia arrived-also from China, completing the family unit. After twelve very successful years at the Chamber, Penny joined Pall Spera Company Realtors LLC, in 2007 and was named Rookie of the Year, she served as Secretary, Treasurer, and President Elect of Lamoille Area Board of Realtors and is now the Membership and Affiliates Director. Penny and family are avid kayakers and brook swimmers in summer. In the winter, they ski and snowshoe Vermont's backwoods, with Jackie, their golden retriever. Robyn Fulton

Robyn Fulton was born and raised in Cheshire, Connecticut. As a kid, she spent her weekendsat Okemo mountain skiing with her family. During those years in Ludlow, Robyn fell in love withthe beauty of Vermont as well as the Vermont lifestyle. Upon graduating from The University of Vermont in 2003, Robyn decided to follow her dreamand make Vermont her permanent residence. She currently lives in Waterbury with her 2 kids, 2dogs, and significant other. Along with a passion for Vermont, she also has a deep rootedpassion for fitness. An avid CrossFitter, Robyn owned and operated CrossFit Waterbury from2013-2019, when she sold the gym to focus full time on her growing real estate career.
