Francis Tucker Manns

Fran Manns is a dual Canadian and US citizen with 14 years of experience in the Compliance and Disclosure department of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). He has had a 25 year career in the exploration industry in Canada as a geologist in exploration for lead, zinc, and gold ranging from the Queen Elizabeth Islands to Newfoundland to Alaska with particular experience in the Canadian Shield, and the Canadian Rockies. Fran was CEO of an exploration team in Indonesia, spent time as a mining analyst for a brokerage firm specialised in small cap equities, and as a consultant to the mining industry having experience in resource audits and nugget effect issues. With the Toronto Stock Exchange, Fran was responsible for technical due diligence with respect to the original listing requirements for mining companies and technical and scientific compliance with TSX timely disclosure policy. Fran earned a PhD in geosciences from the University of Toronto and MA and BA in geology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His particular area of research has been the study of the stratigraphic aspects of carbonate hosted lead zinc deposits often termed Mississippi Valley "type" deposits, and he has published on gold resource estimation and the nugget effect in gold deposits.

Mr Jayapal has more than 30 years of management experience, including being the CEO and subsequently Finance Director of a London-listed company, AEC Education Plc. He also has extensive experience in corporate restructurings of many companies in business, finance and management. Mr Jayapal is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), the Institute of Management Consultant (IMC) and a Practicing Management Consultant (PMC). He is one of the founding members and past President of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and served in the council for 12 years in various positions. Mr Jayapal is currently Deputy Chairman of the UK accounting group McMillan Woods International, Chairman of Trace Capital Pte Ltd, Singapore, and Board of Governor Member of St. John International School, Malaysia. Mr Jayapal has been an associate consultant for the National Productivity Board of Singapore and has co-authored several books on Singapore and Malaysia taxation. He also served as President of the Rotary Club of Singapore North.

Jeremy Gray - CEO, Managing Director

Jeremy Gray is an investment professional with 20 years of experience in global capital markets as a Mining Equity Analyst, Mining Portfolio Manager and Investment Banker. Prior to joining Chancery Asset Management, Mr Gray worked with Reorient Group, a merchant bank in Hong Kong, and Standard Chartered Plc where he was Global Head of Basic Materials Equity Research. Mr Gray started his career as an equity analyst with Credit Suisse in Melbourne in 1994 in the Mining Team. During this time, he was covering Base Metal and Gold mining companies as an Associate. In 1996, he moved to London to join Morgan Stanley Equity Research where he was head of Metals & Mining Research. During this period, he covered names like Rio Tinto, BHP-Billiton and several European Steel companies and helped on several IPO's like Salzgitter and Boliden. Mr Gray ranked 2 in the 2000 II Analyst survey for Metals & Mining. In 2001, Mr Gray joined Sthenos Capital in London as a founding partner. The fund was a long/short European fund with Mr Gray's focus on Basic Materials. In 2005 he returned to Melbourne for a short stint at K2 Asset Management before returning to London to re-join Credit Suisse as Head of Mining Equity Research. During this period, he was consistently ranked top 3 in surveys. In 2009, Mr Gray joined Central African Mining as Head of Investor Relations and Business Development before it was acquired by ENRC in October. He returned to Asia in 2010. Mr Gray holds an Honours in Finance from Melbourne University

Jonathan Challis

Jonathan Challis is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the operation, management, financing and analysis of mining projects around the world. Mr Challis started his professional life as a mining engineer with Gold Fields of South Africa in 1974 before returning to Europe where he worked as a mining analyst and project financier for several European institutions. He subsequently joined McLeod Young Weir in London in 1987 as a mining analyst prior to relocating to Toronto in 1990. In 1994, he joined CM Oliver in Toronto as a Director and Senior Mining Analyst, prior to moving back to London where he was instrumental in establishing a European presence for that company. In 1997, he joined Ivanhoe Capital Corporation and was involved in several Canadian resources companies in the roles of CEO, President and director. Mr Challis is currently a Director and Chairman of Rye Patch Gold Corp, as well as a Director of West African Iron Ore Corp, Quartet Mining Ltd, Goldfield Empires Ltd, Explor Resources Inc and Pasinex Resources Ltd. Mr Challis earned an honours degree in Mineral Exploitation from University College, Cardiff, and an MBA degree from Cranfield University. He holds both the South African Metalliferous Mine Captain's and Mine Manager's Certificates of Competency. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK) and a Chartered Engineer.

Richard L. Bedell

Richard L. Bedell is a director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Gold Inc. (TSX: REN), a spin-out of the very successful AuEx Ventures. Along with Ron Parratt, Richard was a co-founder and Executive Vice President and Director for AuEx. Richard has over 30 years of exploration experience including an adjunct faculty position in Exploration Geophysics at the Mackay School of Earth Sciences & Engineering. Previous work experience includes Homestake Mining Company as part of the Global Target Selection Team and managing the Technical Group for exploration, and as an exploration geologist with BP Minerals and Rio Tinto. Richard is a recognized expert in remote sensing and geo-spatial technologies and was lead editor for a recent Society of Economic Geologists publication on remote-sensing and spectroscopy applications to mineral exploration. Richard is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists. He is a graduate from The School of Natural Sciences & Mathematics, Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979, earned a Master of Science in geology from the University of Toronto in Ontario in 1985, and a Master of Science in Remote Sensing and GIS from the University of London, United Kingdom in 1986. Richard is a Fellow with the Society of Economic Geologists, a member of the Northwest Mining Association, the Geologic Remote Sensing Group, and a member of the Geological Society of Nevada.

Stephen W. Berger

Mr. Berger has extensive corporate finance experience in Asia, having first come to Hong Kong in 1985 with HSBC, where he focused on corporate banking, trade finance and capital market activities. In 1992, Mr. Berger joined J.P. Morgan & Co. as an investment banker focused on Southeast Asia, and had postings in Hong Kong, Singapore and Jakarta. Through the year 2000, Mr. Berger served as Managing Director in charge of J.P. Morgan's Southeast Asian investment banking activities and as co-head of J. P. Morgan's Asian M&A business. In this capacity, Mr. Berger advised numerous multinational, regional and sovereign clients on cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and initial public offerings. Mr. Berger opened Imprimis, a boutique provider of corporate finance and principal investment services, in Singapore in 2003. Mr. Berger has served as Chairman of Piper Aircraft Inc. and outside of Imprimis as Director of Pacific Internet Ltd and on the Advisory Board of Pinetree Capital Partners. Mr. Berger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and a Master of Arts degree from Trinity College, Cambridge University.
