In RTL, we aim to democratize access to both education and research opportunities at Berkeley and for the broader higher education community. Taking advantage of the unique and rich skill set of our staff, and our positioning within the Division of Undergraduate Education, we seek to ensure higher education continues to evolve in teaching practices and research opportunities that are inclusive, equitable, and accessible.
