Jess has worked at the Health Center since fall 2022 and is excited to work with students and grow her skills as an MA. She is passionate about heart health and helping our students maintain their health and wellbeing!
Chardanay is a new addition to the health center as a certified medical assistant. She has a giving and bubbly personality, while being the biggest support to her team. She enjoys students and loves encouraging others to stay on top of their health.

Ongulenna (Oni) started at TU in November of 2023. She is currently enrolled in school for her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She loves interacting with and assisting all students. She looks forward to a long and successful career here at TU.
Corey joined the Health Center during the fall of 2023. Previous roles at Towson University included the Career Center and Department of Women's and Gender Studies.

Diane has a background in supporting community health and well-being, serving as a Paramedic and firefighter for 30 years in Baltimore City. This experience strengthened her passion for emergency medicine and making a difference in her community. She has worked at the Health Center since the spring of 2021 where she worked diligently to support our COVID response team in the TU COVID Testing Center before shifting into her current role as a Medical Assistant.
Dymond graduated in 2022 with her MA in Counseling Psychology from Towson University where she also earned her BS in Psychology. Dymond is passionate about destigmatizing sexual health and wellness within the campus community through judge-free conversations and a warm spirit. She loves working at the TU Health Center because of her kind and welcoming co-workers as well as opportunities to interact with TU students.

Teresa has worked at TU since 2007, starting as a Patient Services Associate, and is now the Insurance, Billing, and Health Center Registration Supervisor. Teresa loves problem solving and finding new ways to change and grow the success of her department. She loves helping students manage their financial questions and helping them grow their understanding of how medical insurance works. She also enjoys making sure all patients are scheduled and treated with great customer service.
Emi has worked at the TU Health Center since 2019, starting as an Insurance and Billing Associate. She enjoys working with students in understanding how to use their insurance and answering their billing questions.
Erica is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She received her bachelor's degree in nutrition and her master's degree in clinical nutrition from New York University. Erica has been working in the wellness field for over 10 years, educating, inspiring, and motivating individuals on healthy behavior change. Erica is passionate about all aspects of health and well-being and her motto is "small changes make big differences."

Dr. Chhabra is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who specializes in anxiety and depression. Dr. Chhabra completed her psychiatry training at The University of Pennsylvania - where she also served as chief resident. She completed her medical school training at Thomas Jefferson School of Medicine and her Internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Chhabra has been in practice since 2006. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and she currently serves as Regional Medical Director for Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers and My Mental Health, LLC. She is a Baltimore native and especially enjoys working with adolescents and young adults.
President Hoke Smith creates a new governance structure and organizes the university's academic programs into six colleges. During his administration, Towson adds 20 new undergraduate programs, 19 new master's programs and 3 doctoral programs.
Holly attended the PA program at Essex after completing an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Towson State University. She worked 19 years in an outpatient primary care/urgent care setting before returning to Towson to work in the Health Center in 2014. Holly is passionate about helping young adults learn to navigate the healthcare system and take charge of their health. She enjoys the camaraderie of the staff and the energy and spunk of her patients.

Dr. Emejure ("Dr. E") is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who specializes in working with individuals having challenges with various mental health conditions. Dr. Emejuru completed his adult and child/adolescent psychiatry training at The George Washington University Hospital and The Johns Hopkins Hospital, respectively - where he also served as chief resident. Additionally, Dr. Emejuru has specialty training in autism and neurodevelopmental disorders at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. He completed his medical school training at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Dr. Emejuru is a member of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Jennifer is one of the newest members of the Health Center starting in January 2023. Having worked as a Nursing Assistant and in Retail Management she developed her love for helping people. With her organizational skills and positive outlook, she hopes to support her colleagues with anything. Jenn is very passionate about making sure that everyone feels accepted for who they are and helping others wherever she is needed.

Kaye-De-Ann Rattray is a board-certified family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate and graduate nursing education at New York University (NYU), in addition she holds a master's degree in counseling. Kaye-De-Ann's approach is holistic, and patient centered. She is a former resident assistant (RA) who is excited to be a part of the TU community and support its students along their academic journey in reaching their mental health and wellness goals. Olivia graduated from the Duke University PA Program after earning her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology from Stevenson University. She previously worked in urgent care clinics in Maryland and Pennsylvania before joining the team at TU in 2023. There she cared for patients of all ages with acute and chronic medical conditions. Prior to PA school, Olivia worked as a surgical tech at a Mohs skin cancer surgery center and loves performing procedures and treating dermatologic conditions as a result. She is also passionate about teaching her patients about preventative care and giving them the tools to continue leading healthy lives, even after graduation. Olivia is very excited to be a part of the team and get to know her students!

Rahebeh (Sherry) has worked at Towson University since 2015, in different positions and different departments. She started working at TU Health Center November of 2023. She loves interacting with students and getting them the help that they need.

Dr. Lopez has been a practicing physician since 1998. She attended medical school at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines, where she also completed her OB-GYN residency and practiced as an OB-GYN for one year. Dr Lopez then completed her Family Medicine Residency at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA, and has been working at TU since 2007. She is passionate about Women's Health and preventive care such as providing her patients with access to updated immunizations. She loves working with her colleagues at the TU Health Center and connecting with her patients.

Dr. Caccamese joined Towson University as medical director in the fall of 2021. In addition to treating students, she oversees the medical operations of the Health Center. Read her bio.
Tanner attended Cecil County School of Technology where he earned his Clinical Medical Assistant Certification. Tanner has worked at TU since 2021 and is currently pursuing a Health Services Management Bachelor's degree at UMGC with hopes of one day being accepted into TU's Physican Assistant Program. He enjoys all of the opportunities that working at TU has given him, as well as working alongside his awesome coworkers!

Vasilia (Vas) graduated from TU's Physician Assistant Master's Program in 2021 after completing her undergraduate degree in Biology from TU in 2018. She gained urgent care experience from previous employment, seeing patients of all ages across various clinics in Maryland. Vasilia is passionate about getting to know her patients in order to find individualized, realistic ways to meet their unique healthcare needs. She enjoys teaching students about preventative health care strategies and loves working with her hands such as suturing lacerations. She is excited to be back at TU!

With a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MHA from Saint Louis University, Yu-Ling has always had in interest in supporting and optimizing the well-being of others. His experience working in pediatrics and geriatrics has helped him see first-hand the varying health care supports someone may need across the life span. Since joining TU in May 2021, he has shown that he is passionate about creating a lasting impact in our students lives by addressing gaps in healthcare and education, so that they don't become health issues or concerns later on in life.
