Bruce Ogilvie

From running title and buying leases to doing in-house land management for independent oil companies, Bruce has experience in many facets of the oil and gas industry. He started in the business as a field landman in 1978. In addition to having a landman brokerage business for the last 20 years, he has also set up and owns a common carrier pipeline company and is a founding partner and operator of a wetlands mitigation bank. He believes in doing a job well, on-time and at a reasonable cost to the client.

David Fuller

After graduating from Baylor Law School in 1975, David's first job was attorney for Diamond Shamrock in Amarillo. That led to attorney and land manager jobs for Sabine Corp. in Dallas, Midland and Oklahoma City, a small independent in Midland, a private law practice in Midland and long term jobs with a family company in Longview and an independent operator in Dallas. David has written title opinions, drafted all types of oil and gas documents, managed active land departments, personally handled both sides of multi-million dollar transactions and managed large mineral portfolios. David's work experience has been hands-on. He believes his broad based experience will translate well to assisting clients in achieving their goals.

Pat Nowak

In 1982 after a career change, Pat began working as a petroleum landman. She immediately knew she had found her niche and the enjoyment of doing land work continues to this day. During the following 30+ years she has worn many different hats as a landman including extensive title search, runsheets and title opinion curative, setting up division orders and pay decks and formation of units. Additionally she has worked as in-house liaison for broker's clients, worked as a crew chief and mentored new landmen. For a short period of time she operated shallow oil wells in West Central Texas.
