FAST EDDIE

We are very excited to return to the city where my restaurant career started. This time our children Ed, Jr. and Elise are joining us in bringing back Fast Eddie's after 30 years from when Elisha and I served our first burger... We have been busy over the years, with Eddie's Pizzeria Cerino keeping us the busiest for the last seven of those years! Fast Eddie's has been a favorite topic of our loyal customers at the Pizzeria, which put the thought in my mind that a return of Fast Eddie's could be a great opportunity... My wife Elisha and I took over the iconic Bearden's Restaurant on Pearl Road in March of 1985. Newly married and very excited about bringing our dream of owning our own restaurant to a reality, Fast Eddie's was born.
