Dale Forsythe, graduate of Mankato State University, is currently a Disability Specialist, having 12 years of advanced disability underwriting experience with Guardian, and was chief disability underwriter with them. He worked for Minnesota Mutual for 3 years in advanced DI underwriting and helped set up and train an underwriting team. He has been with Foster Klima as the DI Specialist since 2001. Dale does case analysis and design, product and plan comparisons, provides marketing support, and helps get cases through underwriting and much, much more. Personally, I believe the IRS tries really hard to take the fun out of being successful. They create obstacles to get in our way, whether we are growing our money or trying to maintain our money. But certainly, and I believe more critically, they create obstacles when it's time to use our money.
