IMA is offering a free and secure database for trained transitional (interim) pastors to post availability and training. This database is available to the Bishops and Synod Staff of the ELCA as they search to meet the needs of the church... Our Annual Educational Event for 2022 will be held on Monday, September 19th at 1:00pm Eastern. This year we have a panel of innovative leaders recommended by Bishop's across the ELCA with the opportunity to hear about these innovative ministries and engage them on ways we can help prepare congregations for the kind of ministry they do.
