Bernadette joined IMP Solutions in 2016 bringing with her 25+ years of experience in the IT industry. She works closely with our existing and prospective partners to bring forward relevant solution offerings for our clients. Leveraging IMP Solutions' existing clients' investments where possible, Bernadette leads the planning for technology refreshes, new solutions, and changes in strategic direction.
Bernadette possesses strong analytical and technical skills backed by vendor certifications. She is an Industrial Engineer by degree, but has a varied background in application development, systems and storage admin, architecture and sales, bringing a unique perspective to her leadership of IMP Solutions' pre-sales team (the eCATs).
Originally from Trinidad, Bernadette has a strong love for the ocean, calypso and soca music, and hot sauce! She believes in a healthy blend of work and fun as well as a commitment to giving back.

As the Vice President of Advanced Solutions, Dave Power oversees the organization of technology services delivery, which includes Network Services, Cloud Services and Managed Services. He works with customers to solve their most complex IT business needs, including the flexible consumption of IT resources, cloud migrations and supporting hybrid environments.
Dave joined IMP Solutions in 2016 as the Director of Advanced Solutions, before taking on the role of Vice President in 2017. He has 20 years of experience building lasting relationships at all levels, creating and executing a company vision, and inspiring teams and partnerships to excel. Before joining the company, Dave led IT sales and services teams at HP Canada, UNIS LUMIN and Softchoice.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-op) degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN).
A proud Newfoundlander from Corner Brook, Dave enjoys yoga, peloton, running, skiing, and golfing (with music). Mantra is "work hard - play hard".

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, David leads with enthusiasm and skill, fostering growth and innovation within our dynamic team and the ever-evolving technology landscape.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, David leverages his extensive background and client relationships spanning public and private sectors at IMP Solutions. Working closely with Tier 1 manufacturers, David brings invaluable insights into today's IT challenges, particularly in data center modernization and digital transformation initiatives. In his recent national role, David spearheaded large-scale projects, redefining customer challenges and facilitating their IT objectives.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors camping, snowboarding, boating, or simply relaxing at the beach.

Joe Adams was appointed the Director of Aerospace Development and Support of IMP Solutions in 2013. He is responsible for the delivery of IMP Solutions Defence In-Service Support work, Information Technology Defence System and Software Development projects, and also supports both Canadian and international customers.
Joe is a senior Information Technology leader with over 17 years of experience developing software, systems, programs and teams. Joining the IMP Aerospace Aeronautical Support Engineering team as a Software Engineer in 2004, he's been with the company ever since.
He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Dalhousie University, with a specialization in Computer Engineering.
Joe volunteered with CUSO/NetCorps in Jamaica after graduation, and has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2008 and Scouts Canada since 2018. He enjoys riding motorcycles and keeps busy with his three sons and active family.

Robert is the founder of Eclipse Technology Solutions, acquired by IMP solutions October 1, 2021.
Robert is the founder and CEO of Eclipse and has a vision of creating a customer-focused, nimble environment where clients, partners and employees love to work together.
Robert has brought together some of the best leaders in the industry to spearhead the transformation of Eclipse. Updating systems, tightening relationships with strategic OEM partners, transitioning to our cloud-based solutions, and creating a culture of customer service excellence is paramount to this transformation.
Prior to Eclipse, Robert spent 18 years at Nortel in various roles with increasing Sales and Marketing responsibilities in Canada and the US. Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa with a focus on Mathematics. He also completed many development courses over the years with the latest being the High-Potential Leaders Program at Harvard University.

Stuart has led the Professional Services Consulting group since 2012, supplying consultants to clients with the skills and solutions to meet their business goals. He also leads the Field Services Group that provides onsite technology break-fix, warranty and installation services.
Stuart has worked in the Information Technology field for over 30 years in both the UK and Canada. After relocating to Canada in the 1990s, Stuart focused on IT project management as he transitioned into the consulting world, providing services for a broad range of clients in the private and public sectors, including clients in the US. He has a PMP designation and is also a certified Change Management practitioner.
He started his career after graduating with a master's degree in Computer Science from Newcastle University.
A retired soccer enthusiast, Stuart hung up his boots and switched to the trails - cycling and hiking. But he still makes sure to catch the occasional English Premiership soccer game on TV.

Tony joined IMP Solutions as the Accounting Manager in 2005, shortly after receiving his CGA designation in Nova Scotia. Tony has over 20 years of varied experience working within the Accounting and Finance departments of small to medium sized companies and is responsible for overseeing the general accounting operations of IMP Solutions. He assumed the role of Director of Finance for IMP Solutions in 2019.
Tony met and married his wife while living and working in Kona, Hawaii in the early 1990's, returning home to Canada a few years later to raise their family. In his spare time Tony enjoys being with family and friends, travelling to foreign countries, music, surfing and running.
With over 25 years in the industry, with a focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technologies, Trevor is responsible for working with customers to understand their challenges and business needs to determine the best approach to satisfy their initiatives.
Trevor joined IMP Solutions in 2018 as a Cloud Solution Architect and has since taken the role of Director of the Cloud Practice. Trevor leads a group of Cloud Architects and Engineers who are responsible for delivering Cloud solutions to our clients. Trevor has previously worked as a management consultant and Microsoft Practice Lead at other industry leaders before joining IMP Solutions and understands the importance of building trust and relationships with clients, vendors and partners.
Trevor lives in Newfoundland with his wife, two daughters, and 2 dogs. When he's not spending time with his family you'll find him golfing, hiking or enjoying Sunday Football.
