We employ a rigorous 7-step process to design and develop performance measures that are standardized, validated, accurate, easy to use, and built with the end-user in mind. We then help users collect the data they need to understand their health care delivery and to make service adjustments to improve the health of their communities... Metrics for Management (M4M) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, created with a vision to establish common metrics and the tools to apply them in order to enable governments and NGOs alike to measure what matters and better serve those in need. M4M designs, promotes, and standardizes performance measures in health service delivery to improve health outcomes and wellbeing in low- and middle- income countries.
