Adam Landrum

"Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion." Since a teenager, Adam Landrum knew he was going to be an entrepreneur. Graduating Cum Laude from Clemson University and landing a job with Arthur Andersen to shortly thereafter pass the CPA exam--Adam knew he would soon leverage his Big 5 consulting experience to launch his own company. In 2002 he launched a Digital Strategy company called Merge in Atlanta, Georgia. Merge relocated to Greenville in 2007 and is now one of the leading internet marketing firms in the Upstate. Adam is a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce where he serves on several boards and committees, including the Board of Governors and the Accelerate Investors' Council. He also serves as the Immediate Past Chair of PULSE's board of directors. Adam is also passionate about the arts and serves as a Board Member of MAC (the Metropolitan Arts Council). Adam is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, Class 35. Furthermore, Landrum has proudly served out at Holiday Lights and the Read to Me Program as a member of The Rotary Club of Greenville. Additionally, he is a member of NEXT, a forum for CEO's of high tech, high growth firms in Greenville. He is active in his church, where he and his wife have volunteered and led several family and business ministries. In addition to serving in the community and running a business, Adam enjoys Golf, Soccer, Basketball and an occasional half-marathon. Adam personally mentors young professionals in career and spiritual development.

Al Gossett

Al Gossett is Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Integral Solutions Group- a Technology Services Company focusing on Managed Services and Cabling Infrastructure. Al is a highly effective executive with extensive information technology experience and a proven track record in planning and financial management. Adept at working with company's senior management to understand their business needs and translate those needs into Information Technology plans. Excellent analytical, problem solving, communications, negotiating, and people skills. At Integral Solutions Group, Al is responsible for product and service direction, planning, marketing and sales. Prior to Integral Solutions Group, Al was President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital-DNS, Inc. He started Digital-DNS in 2000 and grew the company into a successful Technology Services company serving over 300 clients in all industries. In August of 2008, Digital-DNS was sold and merged with Integral Solutions Group, a division of J M Smith Corporation based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Prior to Digital-DNS, Al was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Insignia Financial Group- a real estate services company that became the largest company in their industry through 35 plus acquisitions in eight years. Other experience includes eight years with U.S. Shelter Corporation as Director of Management Information Services, five years with Computer Resources, Inc. as Vice President of Systems and Programming, nine years with Bigelow-Sanford, Inc. as Senior Staff Analyst, and two years with Milliken as programmer. Al has a B.S. in Business and Computer Science and is a regular speaker at entrepreneur technology and managed services events. He is a member of NEXT, a forum of high growth companies in Greenville; a member of Dell Advisory Group for the Dell Channel program; and active in several technology organizations. He resides in Easley, South Carolina.

Brad Garrett

Brad Garrett's best achievement? Having a Storm Trooper pretend to kick his face during a book signing photo op. Brad's second best achievement? Any of the amazing programming projects he's worked on at Merge. As lead developer he's involved in each step of the web development process from concept to completion. Brad was born in Texas and raised in Tennessee but considers himself a native of the world since he grew up in a military family. He's also spent time in Germany, Louisiana and Missouri before coming to Greenville to attend Bob Jones University. When he's not programming websites, he enjoys hanging out with friends, relaxing, or taking a nice long drive to a strange, intriguing place.

Eric Evans

Eric has been a Greenwood, SC resident for almost 25 years. He is blessed with a wonderful family, friends, and church all in this area. He loves all things music and has been playing guitar for over 17 years. His other hobbies include mission trips, golf, cars, and watching football. Eric graduated from Lander University in 2005 with a degree in Computer Science. A week after graduation he proposed to his now wife, Heather, and they were married in July of 2006. A minority at Merge, they are both USC Gamecocks at heart. Eric and Heather are expanding their family through the South Carolina foster/adopt program and hope to adopt internationally one day as well. Eric had been in the corporate marketing world for almost five years as an E-Commerce Director before joining Merge as the SEO/SEM Specialist. Because of his background in Computer Science he has a vast knowledge of all aspects of SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, and Comparison Shopping Engine Marketing. Eric spends his free time serving on the Worship Team and Youth Group at New Covenant Church in Greenwood. He and Heather have been on several international mission trips and plan to do more in the future. They also love spending quality time with their two fur children Maggie (mini dachshund) and Nebbie (lab mix rescue) and can't wait to start adding children to the Evans clan!

Jim formally was the President of KeyMark, Inc., a boot-strapped document management and automated data entry systems integrator that started with 2 people in 1996 and reached nearly 50 people by 2006, making the Inc 500 along the way. Jim's responsibilities assumed a wide range of responsibilities to facilitate, build, and manage growth of the company. Jim is a graduate of Clemson University.

Mark Gerardot comes to Merge by way of Indiana and brings with him 20 years of creative marketing and branding expertise and a "no off button" Midwestern work ethic. While he's earned his share of creative accolades, this Creative Director's greatest reward is turning creative ideas into real, tangible business results for clients. As the tenth of eleven children, Mark learned two very important life lessons growing up: Eat fast or don't eat and play nice with others - traits that have served him well in life and his professional career. For the past 10 years, Mark has specialized place branding, tourism and hospitality marketing - allowing him to indulge in his second love - traveling. His first love, his beautiful wife and "the girls" (two golden retrievers and a cat) keep him grounded and remind him of what's important in life.

Terry R. Weaver

Terry Weaver has led and managed successful businesses throughout his career. His experience as a Fortune 100 Vice President, mid-cap company President/COO and round-trip (startup, growth, sale) entrepreneur provides a unique perspective to his business coaching assignments. Terry began his professional career with Johnson Controls, Inc., progressing rapidly and becoming the youngest Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President in the company's history. At KEMET Corporation, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing, Executive VP, and President and COO. KEMET grew from $500 million to $750 million in revenues under his leadership. In 1997, Terry formed Metaprise Consulting, an outsource Information Technology provider, specializing in Custom Application Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, and Network Services. He sold Metaprise Consulting in 2002. Terry is past president of the Rotary Club of Greenville, active on several technical advisory boards, and was inducted into the Kansas State University Engineering Hall of Fame in 2003. If it happens that you don't quite understand what just came out of Will's mouth, it's probably because he is speaking to you in a random foreign language or he's geeking out on some new technology he's particularly excited about. In fact, he loves technology so much that he refuses to work with just one aspect of it, leading him to all sorts of projects that have allowed him to help a variety of clients including Sega, Prima Publishing, Friends of Ed Publishing, Modulant, Jackson Marketing Group, the DOD and DLA portions of the US Government and Robert Bosch North America and Germany. Will is a Greenville, SC native, a world traveler and a dedicated father to an awesome little boy. He is also a son to a great mother; but admittedly he may be a bit biased about his son and his mother being the best a person could have in his life. However, we'll share with you that he not biased when it comes to his passion for 3D graphics, Adobe products, gadgets, publishing or shoes. Let's just say, he's made for suede. He attended the University of Colorado where he pursued a double major in computer science and electronic arts. With his almost twenty years of experience on the digital circuit is put to good use with Merge, for which we are grateful.
