Aimee oversees the operations and administrative support for MG's association management clients as well as government relations clients. She is experienced in Association Management Operations and Donor Relations with a demonstrated history of working in the Development industry. Skilled in Database Administration and Management she ensures clean data with exceptional attention to detail. Aimee is a strong community and social services professional with a vast knowledge of non-profit organizations. Before joining Milliron Goodman, Aimee worked as a Data and Quality Manager at a medical organization, where she helped manage multiple associations. Aimee also has experience working at a large foundation and local physical therapy practices.

Andrew Goodman - CEO

For two decades Andy has been a sturdy and credible advocate for the clients of Milliron Goodman. His unwavering commitment to bipartisanship and long-term vision for his clients has become the cornerstone of the firm's reputation. Andy is responsible for managing the firm and directing Milliron Goodman's results-oriented strategy with clear direction. Certainly, leadership on issue advocacy and trustworthy methodology to government and business are what have made Andy one of the most reliable advocates in Harrisburg. As he sees it, gaining common ground necessitates well-educated, straightforward messaging when presenting both sides of an issue. Clients have come to depend on him for his critical analysis, and comprehensive strategies for political insight. His legislative experiences, examination of facts, and political participation have led Milliron Goodman's clients in many successful advocacy campaigns.

Carrie Goodyear Hillman

Carrie Hillman brings more than a decade of government experience to Milliron Goodman with a specialty in analyzing complex legislation, amendments, and policy for various industries including healthcare, insurance, and education. Prior to joining Milliron Goodman, Carrie served as both the communications and government relations director for the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF). During her time there, Carrie advocated on behalf of APSCUF members to promote public higher education, managed the political action committee, and executed the annual lobby day. She also built and maintained excellent relationships with lawmakers that were sustained through APSCUF's grassroots advocacy.

Casey Fellinger

Casey joined the Milliron Goodman team to help assist clients and lobbyists with bill tracking, providing committee alerts, assisting with advocacy efforts, and providing research and election analysis. Casey also spends much of his time working with clients interested in economic development projects and public funding. Additionally, Casey completed a Grant Writing Certificate Program through Temple University to help clients navigate state grant programs. Before joining Milliron Goodman, Casey interned at another government relations firm in Harrisburg, where he was able to gain an understanding of the Pennsylvania legislative process and grow his political connections. He also has experience working on a Congressional campaign and working at a small agricultural technology company.

Catharine M. Conner

With nearly two decades of experience working with state elected officials, government agencies and participants in the legislative process, Catharine offers clients a unique perspective. She is well-versed in public policy, government relations, and advocacy campaigns. Catharine started her career conducting non-partisan research for the Pennsylvania General Assembly before joining the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania, where she assisted in representing the interests of private colleges and universities within the Commonwealth. She went on to work for a government relations firm where she developed successful legislative strategies and lobbied the Pennsylvania General Assembly and agencies on behalf of clients in industries including healthcare, insurance, transportation, and gaming. In addition to helping the firm's clients navigate the complex legislative process, Catharine ensures our clients are current on the latest happenings n Pennsylvania politics.

Erik A. Ross

Erik Ross brings over 30 years of experience in state government and lobbying to Milliron Goodman. He specializes in state government relations with a focus on transportation, energy, environmental, and public utility issues in one of the most innovative regulatory environments in the country. His duties include lobbying members and staff of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, executive departments, and regulatory agencies on behalf of clients. In addition, he serves as a liaison between clients and state government officials and assists in the drafting or amending of legislative and regulatory proposals. Erik's public sector experience includes positions as Research Analyst to the Chairman of the Senate Majority Policy Committee and Senate Environmental Resources & Energy Committee; and Legislative Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Whip Mike Fisher from 1989 to 1993. His duties included management of legislative/policy development; drafting legislation, amendments, and correspondence; assisting the Majority Whip on the Senate floor; and assisting the Senate Majority Leader's staff on caucus-related projects.

John P. Milliron - Founder

John Milliron is the founder of Milliron Goodman. As a Partner Emeritus, John provides strategic counsel to the firm. John plays a prominent role in Democratic politics from local to statewide campaigns and is considered a Harrisburg "insider" for political strategy, fundraising and advocacy. John's experience and ability to connect with members of the legislature offers his clients a unique opportunity when promoting an issue or concern. Without bias and known for delivering both pros and cons on any issue, John has earned an "insiders" spot as a trusted advisor and counsel to many within the legislature.

Joseph D. Holston

Joe has 40 years of experience in advocacy before the Legislature and numerous state departments and agencies. After graduating from law school, Joe started his career in the Harrisburg office of a major international law firm where he focused on state and local taxation, interactions with other state agencies, and lobbying. In 1990 Joe started his own law firm and practiced on his own or as a name partner in a boutique firm until he joined Milliron Goodman in 2021. Joe is widely recognized for his understanding of the Pennsylvania legislative process and knowledge of the intricacies of state taxation and the Liquor Code, among other topics. A founding Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Government Relations; past President and Chairman of the Board of the Capital Area Big Brothers Big Sisters, for which he still serves on the Board; a member of the Board of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers; and the current President and Board Chair for the Burgess McCormac Foundation, Joe believes strongly in giving back professionally as well as to his community.

Kerry Lange

Kerry is responsible for client advocacy and implementing various legislative strategies in the Capitol. She embraces the fact that success for each client often requires a unique and frequently-evolving strategy. When she's not in the Capitol meeting with legislators and staff, she can be found a few blocks away at the Milliron Goodman office, drafting legislation, amendments, and issue papers, and organizing annual advocacy days for various associations. During her tenure at Milliron Goodman, she has developed a strong affinity for being the voice for her clients and providing legislators and staff with various client perspectives to consider in their policymaking process.

Lauren Martini

Lauren joined Milliron Goodman in 2022. She is responsible for working directly with client organizations to drive their mission and exceed organizational goals and objectives. Lauren utilizes her experience with auditing and accrediting organizations to achieve optimal best practices that are efficient and streamlined. Through proven methodologies she helps clients achieve operational excellence and find creative solutions to solve problems, increase revenue and gain exposure. Lauren has a diverse background of industry knowledge which lends to her unique, fresh, and innovative approach. She has experience in the technology industry where she focused on assisting organizations to increase revenue by uncovering business solutions through software, hardware, marketing, and communications. Lauren is also skilled in navigating state and federal regulations, systems, and policies, business operations, and innovative technical business solutions.

Mark Meyer

Mark Meyer joined Milliron Goodman as a Senior Associate in 2021. He brings with him extensive experience and a broad network of leadership that spans both sides of the aisle and far beyond Harrisburg. Most notably, Mark worked in the Pennsylvania State Senate for twenty-five years, where he served as Chief of Staff, for a decade to State Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman. As Senator Corman's top administrator and staffer during his tenure as Senate Majority Leader and Senate Appropriations Chair, Mark managed operations of the Leader's staff and offices. He helped with the advancement of the majority caucus agenda by serving as the chief point of contact between the Majority Leader, legislators and the Governor's office; providing oversight and guidance on legislation, the budgetary process, communications, and policy initiatives.

Melanie Greene

Melanie Greene oversees the administrative support for the firm's team. Melanie has been with Milliron Goodman for over eight years, focusing on PAC accounting and compliance as well as planning advocacy events both large and small. In total, Melanie has over 35 years of experience including public accounting, membership administration and event planning. As part of her role, Melanie now leads the Milliron Goodman Association Management division. Mela nie excels in organizing "things," including people, staff, documents, and finances. Each association client requires similar efforts to support their governing body in their leadership goals, but they also must have a personal focus to ensure that specific objectives are met. Melanie listens and helps define the vision for the association whether it may be greater engagement by members, preserving professional standards or producing a great annual event. Long-term goals are met by daily decisions and she maximizes efficiency and ensures the clear, concise communications to clients, legislators and staff.

Rachele Sohn

Rachele's unique and professional approach to client and company events has added even more benefit and value to Milliron Goodman's suit of services. Rachele's experience begins with her bachelor's degree in communication studies from West Chester University. Since then, she has created all types of events from weddings to multi-day scientific meetings. Rachele's work ethic is unmatched when one experiences her exquisitely detailed events. Her experience in hospitality catering and sales management was where she tripled the wedding and corporate gala market and is also where she gained a talent for contract negotiation. Rachele is always uncovering the best quality at the most reasonable price. Her time as an event director for a non-profit organization has gained her access to the knowledge and skills needed to execute multi-day, 500 + attendee, educational conferences. Rachele's path starting in communications has served as the backbone of her accomplishments with marketing strategies to combat low attendance at events. Rachele believes in what is best for her clients, always striving to come in under budget and generate revenue to meet any client's goals.

Tess Stevenson

Tess is responsible for managing various association management clients. Tess's experience includes project management, leadership, budget, and revenue oversight while driving profitability. Tess was introduced to association management and immediately took to the mission and vision of her clients. She has exceeded and continues to exceed client goals. Her experience in the hotel industry as a General Manager provides Tess with the skillset of managing large group expectations and expertise in customer relations.

Tyler Burke

Tyler is currently responsible for providing research, bill analyses, and legislative updates to ensure clients have the most current and accurate information available. Additionally, Tyler helps to create and implement grassroots initiatives and draft legislation and amendments with a focus on transportation, healthcare, and education policy. Tyler has also assisted multiple clients in completing the Department of State's Sunrise Evaluation Form. Before joining the firm, Tyler worked as a paralegal, where he was able to improve his critical thinking and legal writing skills. Tyler also has experience as an intern in a District Attorney's office where he was responsible for conducting legal research on crimes and types of perpetrators.
