Danielle Jenkins

Danielle Jenkins, originally from Tampa, Florida earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Pacific University in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in 2016, where she was also a member of the NCAA collegiate volleyball team. Danielle is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence for Audiologists (CCC-A) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is a member of American Academy of Audiology, North Carolina Academy of Audiology, Academy of Doctors of Audiology and American Tinnitus Association. Danielle has a desire to help others and believes audiology gives her the opportunity to assist the lives of people who feel disconnected from their loved ones. After completing her final year as an extern at UNC Greensboro Speech and Hearing Center, she acquired an additional passion for providing support to the tinnitus population. Danielle specializes in tinnitus management and is a certified Lenire Provider. In her free time, Danielle enjoys exploring the outdoors, creating new recipes, and spending time with family, friends and her cat, Gus.

Katherine Baker

Katherine Baker grew up in Columbus, Ohio. She earned her B.S. in Communication, Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University in 2017 and her Doctorate of Audiology from The Ohio State University in 2021. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech Language and Hearing Association, North Carolina Academy of Audiology and Academy of Doctors of Audiology. Katherine specializes in tinnitus management and is a certified Lenire Provider. Other interests include hearing aid technology, cognitive health and working with the adult population. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Lisa Rummel

Lisa Rummel grew up in Minnesota. Her and her family moved to Wake Forest in 2013. She earned an Associates of Arts Degree and an Associate Degree in Nursing. Over the last 20 years, Lisa has experience as a medical receptionist and office manager. She enjoys connecting with people and providing them with a positive patient experience. Lisa is happy to be part of a wonderful team! In her free time, Lisa loves spending time with her husband (David) and their three grown children. She also enjoys reading, traveling, shopping, cooking and spending time with friends.

Rachael Mello

Renae Harper

Renae Harper is originally from Wake Forest, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences in 2019, followed by her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2023 from East Carolina University. During her time on campus, Renae was active in multiple student organizations and served as President of her university's Student Academy of Audiology chapter. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA), in addition to maintaining membership in the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the American Tinnitus Association. Renae's clinical interests include serving adults who experience hearing loss by utilizing hearing aids, cochlear implants, and osseointegrated devices. Her mission is to provide each patient with access to hearing healthcare that is patient-centered, individualized, and compassionate during their time at our clinic. Outside of the office, Renae enjoys traveling with her husband, socializing with friends and family, and spending time with her labrador retriever, Ranger.

Sam Edwards

Born and raised in Maryland, Sam and her family moved to Raleigh over 10 years ago. Sam has always had a lifelong passion for health and wellness. She combines her education in BA in communication studies along with her Massage Therapy and Yoga Instructor certifications to help people build a sense of agency no matter what challenges they face. Sam is honored to work with such a heart- centered practice and serve as Patient Care Coordinator- one patient at a time.

Sheri Mello

Sheri Mello, AuD has been practicing as an audiologist since 1988. She has an extensive background in the hearing aid industry serving as practitioner in an ENT clinic to a director for a major hearing aid manufacturer and now sole owner of a private practice. Her focus has always been and continues to be educating the consumer on the ever changing technology and how it can work for them. Dr. Mello now owns and operates Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center located in North Raleigh. "We are here to serve individuals who have become disconnected and frustrated due to their hearing difficulties. The industry is more confusing than ever for the consumer to navigate. It takes a professional who has a passion to help others and a good solid background to be able to program today's hearing aid technology to meet each individual's personal listening needs."
