Rock Region METRO is the central Arkansas public transit system serving 3 million passengers per year in the cities of Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle, Jacksonville, Sherwood and Pulaski County. It comprises three branches: METRO Local, a fixed-route bus service serving Pulaski County; METRO Streetcar, a rail system operating in Little Rock and North Little Rock; and METRO Links, a custom paratransit service.
