The Company has entered into an advisory contract with said company for the purpose of mainly receiving counsel and suggestions on management and business strategies. However, the Company receives advisory services under the advisory contract from different members of said company. Roland Corporation holds shares in our company and engages in transactions such as facility usage in product development.
