Prior to joining Kalypso, Alison held roles in inventory management, merchandising, product development and sourcing, and supply chain innovation at Gap, Old Navy and Carter's. The knowledge gained in these functional areas led directly to a passion for improving the way the fashion industry develops product. Alison is a strategic thinker, highly skilled in leading innovation initiatives, successful project management execution, process improvement and change adoption. She excels at building both relationships and strategies to drive buy-in and change adoption at all levels. A native of the San Francisco bay area, Alison currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, dog, and two young children. Ana graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a Master of Science degree in Business Studies with a concentration on International Management and Strategy. Ashutosh is a technical consultant at Kalypso bringing over three years of experience in PLM, automation testing, data science and software development. At Kalypso, Ashutosh is a technical consultant working on the Quality Engineering Team. He is helping clients utilize automation testing for various phases of PLM Development, Project Delivery Dashboards and Metrics. He is well versed with PLM terminologies and its business impacts. He also extended capabilities of testing tools to broaden key areas of automation testing. He possesses strong analytical skills which lead to high quality deliverables. Ashutosh also holds various industry wide Technical Certifications. Prior joining to Kalypso, Ashutosh was an Automation QA at Siemens Digital Industries Software. There he developed and optimized automation scripts and maintained whole testing stack for 4G Design team to reinforce R&D of Teamcenter (PLM). He also performed the administration and deployments on Linux & Windows Servers for Teamcenter. In advance to that, Ashutosh was Process Automation Developer at John Deere. There he independently developed end to end automations for critical time-consuming processes and saved around $274K per year. He also developed a standalone software to download Windchill BOMs and various reports. This was done using a self-written script that has a fully customized framework which allows the reports to be generated in a single click. Current Projects Austin leads Kalypso's smart connected products offering globally and is focused on helping clients achieve new levels of control, optimization, and autonomy for their products and services. He has an extensive set of experiences across the industries Kalypso serves, including medical device, consumer packaged goods, and industrial/high tech. As part of Rockwell Automation, Austin's expertise in IoT and data science are being applied to some of manufacturing's most difficult challenges. He is currently leading projects in closed loop process control with ML, digital twins (simulation/emulation), extended reality (XR), and industrial IoT (IIoT). Outside of Kalypso Austin most enjoys spending time with his three young children. She has experience in business law, intellectual property and technology law, and finance through internships from the Bay Area to Beijing. Lately, I have turned my focus to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and how this technology is allowing companies the ability to rapidly deploy and manage their systems, while maintaining the highest levels of availability and security that are required in the industry. Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my wife, our four children, and our dogs. We love the outdoors and have recently moved to Southeastern Illinois, where we are raising poultry, livestock, and fish in our very own pond.
