UML (Universal Models Limited) is the largest hobby and toy chain in Hong Kong, importing, distributing, and retailing major brands from all across the world. UML is the exclusive distribution agent for many brands in the Hong Kong and China markets. With its first retail store having opened in the territory in 1974, over the years UML has become a household name in the Chinese hobby circuit. It is frequented by modelers from China as well as those from abroad. After close to 40 years of operations, UML obviously has a tremendous amount of retailing experience and customer knowledge under its belt. Currently, UML has five thriving stores in operation and these are strategically located in bustling districts of Hong Kong such as Causeway Bay, Central and Mongkok.
