As far back as the 1950s, we took great pride in using quality construction materials and techniques that would stand the test of time. We chose plaster instead of drywall, for example, because it provided better soundproofing, fire protection and requires less maintenance. Today, more than a half-century later, many of those buildings still stand - as does our commitment to quality!... With over fifty years of experience, Wellston Apartments has been building, managing, and serving our residents in Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin. Today we manage many of the same apartment communities we designed and built. Our attention to detail in everything we do is reflected in our desire to be Milwaukee's leading apartment Management Company!
