Alan has been a Chartered Electrical Engineer since 2001 and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. With over 20 years' experience in the Building Services industry, Alan has designed and led single, and multidisciplinary design teams on many different types of projects whether in his current role as Principal Electrical Design Engineer at Davies Partnership, or previous roles elsewhere.
Alan joined Davies Partnership in 2019 bringing with him multiple areas of expertise including project management and report and specification writing which has made him an invaluable member of the team.
As Finance Administrator, Karen helps to look after the financial health of the company. Whether it be managing sales and purchase ledgers, credit control or preparing reports, Karen is a key member of the team and also assists with the office administration when necessary.

Tony joined the company in 2003 as an Electrical Design Engineer and has worked his way through the business taking the role as Managing Director in 2016. Prior to working in consulting, Tony started his career in contracting 30 years ago and has a wealth of knowledge and experience that has proved invaluable to both the team and our client base.
