Ebru is in charge of all financial management of Dairy One. She has extensive experience in business finance management from a career that spans over 20 years and includes work in for-profit and non-profit organizations. While working as CFO and COO in previous positions with her peers, she led organizational change and growth and oversaw numerous financial projects for improved financial management.
She has a Master of Arts degree in Economics from CUNY Brooklyn College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Ebru holds a Cornell University Executive Leadership Certificate and a Non-Profit Accounting Professional Certificate.
Prior to Dairy One, Jim served as Branch Manager of Monroe Tractor for ten years in their Adams Center, NY location. In this role, Jim managed relationships in an agricultural community heavily influenced by dairy operations that spanned from northern New York to Maine.
Previously, Jim served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years. During his tenure as a Marine Communications Officer, he led organizations as large as 300 Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers, managed Marine Program portfolios as large as $2.9 Billion, planned and installed robust communication infrastructures, and served in the software test and evaluation realm for the Department of Defense…an adventurous life that saw 43 countries, 3 years on a ship at sea, and 3 combat tours.
Originally from a crop farm in the Finger Lakes region of New York state, Jim is a 1990 graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. In 1999, Jim received a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.

John started his career at Dairy One as a field technician and then moved into the position of market manager in the New Jersey area a short time later. He then transitioned into software support for Dairy Comp 305, eventually moving into a leadership role. As director of Integrated Farming Solutions, John oversees a team of employees who are focused on providing software and hardware/technology support for farms. John often travels to farms with the Integrated Farming Solutions team to design custom information systems.

Kimberly (Kim) serves as the director of analytical services, with full responsibility and oversight for Dairy One's laboratory services (milk, forage, and soils) and the teams that provide those services. She brings extensive experience in operations, process, and project management with an emphasis in organizational development. Kim has worked in manufacturing, engineering, development, and quality and reliability testing across two organizations, Corning Incorporated and Eurofins EAG.
She studied Macromolecular Science and Engineering at Case Western Reserve University and Liberal Studies with a Concentration in Chemistry and General Management at Thomas Edison State University. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership and has a Master of Science in Management.
She enjoys analytical testing, data management, process improvement, and employee engagement and believes those things in concert can drive sustainable step-change performance.

Matt brings experience in Agriculture and Dairy to Dairy One which began with his tenure at Dairylea/Dairy Farmers of America working as a technical support specialist before transitioning into roles managing software and web development teams. After 15 years with Dairylea/DFA, Matt spent 3 years as the IT Director for Byrne Dairy where he gained knowledge in dairy manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and is a graduate of the 2016 class of Leadership Greater Syracuse. In his role with Dairy One, Matt leads a team of software engineers who develop and maintain systems that provide actionable information for the farms that we serve.
