Biography
Dan Perry is the Director of Research Administration Systems at Utah State University. His role involves coordinating and implementing various systems that are vital to the successful administration of research at USU. He is an expert on the Kuali Research system.
Before accepting his position in the Office of Research in 2015, Dan was a lead programmer on a system that would be replaced by Kuali. He was instrumental to implementing the transition to Kuali and has since built a strong relationship with Kuali Inc. This relationship has been invaluable as it provides the leverage needed to get the changes to the software implemented that USU wants and needs.
Dan earned his BS degree in Information Systems at USU. He has presented nationally on the reporting strategies used in the Office of Research. He has also served as a Kuali Ambassador, where he helped bring the community of schools together to discuss issues surrounding program improvement.
Dan is an avid golfer and if you have an emergency in the evening you may just reach him in on the fairway.

Devin Hansen became the Director of the Research Integrity & Compliance Office in 2022. Devin and the Research Integrity & Compliance team provide guidance and oversight to USU researchers in the areas of conflict of interest, export controls, foreign influence, research misconduct, and responsible conduct of research (RCR).
Devin initially joined Utah State University in 2014 as a member of the Sponsored Programs team, where he worked as a Grant and Contract Officer and Associate Director over the Awards team. Before moving to Logan, Devin received a bachelor's degree in history from Brigham Young University in 2011 and a J.D. from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2014.

Biography
Nathan Stucki is the Interim Director of Research Communications. He oversees the Office of Research's communication efforts to increase the visibility, profile, and research participation of faculty and student researchers at Utah State University. As Interim Director, Nathan provides leadership for the strategic communication of the Office of Research, including newsletters, social media, websites, email marketing, and photo/video production. He directs USU's premiere research outreach programs, including Blue Plate Research and Research Landscapes. He also leads USU research recognition events, including the annual Faculty Awards and Student Research Awards, alongside other research presentations and celebration events held during Research Week.
Nathan has been working in marketing at Utah State University since 2018. He first worked as a Marketing Manager in the School of Graduate Studies, then spent over two years in University Marketing and Communications as a Multimedia Specialist, helping manage USU's brand presence on social media through photo, video, graphic, and written content for the official institutional social media channels.
Before Utah State University, Nathan worked as a Public Relations Associate at the Salt Lake City-based PR firm Method Communications. He graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2018, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and Visual Communication.
