Guy-Favreau complex is a federal government building managed by BGIS. It combines offices, a mall, an atrium, a garden and an underground parking. In 2017, the building was awarded the BOMA BEST® Level Bronze Certification for having achieved every one of BOMA's best practices in environmental and energy performance and management, contributing to a healthy work environment as well as a reduction of the ecological footprint of the building.
